We stayed at Hôtel & Suites Le Dauphin Québec over New Year’s Eve with my family, and we had a fantastic time! The hotel is exceptionally clean, with comfortable and well-maintained rooms. One highlight was the bathroom floor, which was warm—such a nice touch during the winter! The breakfast was great, offering a good variety to start the day. There’s also plenty of parking available, which made things very convenient. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, giving them a fun activity to enjoy despite the cold weather. One of the standout features was the small shop inside the hotel, where you can buy beverages, snacks, and food. It was incredibly handy to grab something after returning from a day out, especially when it was snowing outside. The only minor consideration is the location. It’s about a 15-minute drive to Old Québec City, so not exactly in the heart of the action. However, if you have a car, it’s an easy and quick trip. Plus, the hotel is conveniently close to several big malls, which was great for shopping. Overall, I highly recommend Hôtel & Suites Le Dauphin Québec. It’s a great option for families, offering excellent amenities and a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely consider coming back for our next trip to Québec City!

First off I've been traveling for business and pleasure for over 40 years and have stayed at the best and not so best hotels. When I booked the reservation I had no idea of the quality of the hotel and the incredible renovations that I would experience. The easy part of course is the free parking and breakfast included. Both hot and cold. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus free parking and the area is safe. But the biggest surprises was the renovations. The interior was warm and nicely coronated with the rooms. Both of quality and styling . Whomever picked out the look and textures were on the money. The bathrooms were top notch with great fixtures. Very stylish and the water pressure I would die for at most hotel including rooms those costing 2 to 3 times more. The towels were thick and soft. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft. I most definitely would recommend and stay there again. *Also they had both French and English-speaking channels on the TV.

Wonderful place, clean rooms, 15 minutes drive to downtown, daily shuttle from the hotel to downtown (free of charge) in the morning and back to hotel at 4PM. Very convenient for travelers who are looking to experience cultural part of the Quebec. Very good breakfast, fresh, tasty, rich variety of choices. Free hot and cold drinks of very good variety on ground floor. Free parking on site, not crazy downtown prices with very solid package of services makes this hotel very attractive. I highly recommend it.

Dining room will become overloaded around 9AM, will be difficult to find a place to sit for breakfast. No wardrobe in the room, if you have a lot of stuff or traveling with kids, no much place to put stuff.

Facility was updated and very clean both in the rooms as well as the hallways, breakfast room and common areas. Inclusive breakfast options were the best we have experienced in our travels. My spouse has a gluten allergy and had many options with the selections provided.

The WiFi for the complete facility was out during our complete three night stay. TV's should all be programmed with the CC option. Breakfast time although ok for business travelers should be extended to at least 10am so that others who are not on a schedule don't feel rushed.

Beautiful hotel, modern and Clean. Great shower pressure. No fuss wifi. Location is perfect, easy access to Hwy, centrally located in Quebec City. Easy yo get to Old Quebec. The breakfast surprised us, went far beyond our expectations with items such as creton, homemade beens, 2 types of eggs, lots of fruits and so much more. The staff worked hard at keeping everything restocked, clean and organized.

We were disappointed that our room window on first floor overlooked a room adjacent to the pool rather than seeing the outdoors. But we ended up accepting since only one night stay.

The breakfast is so Wonderful! There has a lot of warm foods for your stomach. All drinking are free for 24 hours. The room has king size and queen size beds, so wonderful! Staffs are friendly. The laundry room is free, you don't need pay extra money for washing and drying clothes. The hotel even prepares washing powers for you to use by free. The location is OK. It'll take you driving 15 mins to city center.

The room is not particularly soundproof. You can listen kids noisy from next room.

Very courteous and patient staff. Exceptionally clean rooms. Parking was included. Free hot drinks and juice bar in the lobby was great for refreshment at any hour. Abundance of hot water for the shower.

Shower stall fixtures are not obvious - risk of scalding is high if operated incorrectly or if gripping the fixture in the wrong spot. Incessant, loud traffic noise from highway is to be expected, given location.

The hotel is located closely to Mega parc, which is covenience for family with kids. Facilities were renovated and clean. Staff is all friendly. The hotel has a small playroom and indoor swimming pool open until 9pm. I like the most is free coffee and juice station 24hrs. The kichen team who works at the breakfast is very effiecient, they welcome, help guests and they clean everything so fast. Breakfast is good, especially the waffle, the batter is so good to make soft waffles.

The breakfast room is abit small, hard to find spot if you go down late at 9am.

Room was a nice size, with stable wifi and a convenient location for food and travel to downtown Quebec, the shuttle bus was also convenient which there was more space to book on the bus though. Staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful with any questions.

About the only minus was the breakfast area is too small for the hotel when it gets busy so you need to get there early, and with no food in the rooms, you have to be patient if its full.

Everything! The room was fantastic! The complimentary breakfast and facility were extraordinary with many, many choices. The wait staff kept everything clean and refreshed. This is an outstanding hotel. Even a free laundry facility was available. Highly recommended! We will stay here whenever we return to Quebec. It is very accessible to Old Quebec by freeway, just 15-20 min. away.
