Location is great; hotel is clean and room was well organized and appointed; staff is courteous;

Rooms are not cleaned daily so one needs to go at the reception to get fresh towels or anything missing in the room, it would be advantageous for the hotel to offer a “basic” cleaning daily (card at the door from the client stating what they need, towels, empty trash cans, etc.);while the staff is courteous and nice they sometimes lack training and don’t know how to respond to requests from customers;

We enjoyed the spatious room. Really convenient. We especially loved the world map on the desk, really original.

We highly recommand the installation of smart tvs in each room because there are no amenities and I think that guests would enjoy using apps to watch the desired content. The usb ports are not fonctionnal. I think it would be a good upgrade to the rooms. Best regards

A lot of practical services close-by: grocery, restaurants, stores... The Hotel's aesthetics, up to the lobby's smell, are quite pleasant. Relatively good value.

The pool and the fitness room are far from top notch, but they were passable. I was expecting a bit more from the on-site breakfast, but that's a trend in most hotels lately. And the beds were on the squeaky side.

Well located. Modern look outside and inside entrance. Close to restaurant, stores, theather and highway. Beds comfortable.

Shower head broken. Was not fun to take a shower. Hand towel bar lousse it fell when my son removed the towel. Shower not modern. A little expensive for what we got. No breakfast included. I understand it’s Christmas time but the hotel was not that busy.

It was clean, however lack of staff did not provide all services. For breakfast no coffee available, not refilled even when asked.

Had to ask for essentials for our room. Told to pickup at front desk, late in evening. Was told they had a lack of staff.

Very friendly yet respectful interaction with Reception and overall Hotel Staff. Easy check in, the room although with Dark color was very well set up and providing me to recharge my cell phone. ( I had to search to find out the connection below the desk in the electric outlet ) The fire place and 'jaccuzzi type tub' was a value plus. The set up with sliding door to seperate room from living room was extra. The darkness provided to sleep during day time was very effective indeed. Very good noise suppression in the room. Overall, we were very satisfied and will certainly return as soon as we are back in Qc City.

My main concern, there was no discount or any other attention regarding Veterans. It was a shame to have a feeling that for the Grand Times Hotel, Veterans do not deserve some respect and potential mark of appreciation. As for the Continental breakfast, for 13$ toast and drink although fresh and well presented, I would see some improvement in this sector as well. Respectfully.

Very clean hotel. Not busy very quite. Decor was nice. Room was as described. We were travelling with another family and the hotel managed to place us in adjoining rooms which was fantastic for the kids to roam without disturbing others. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pool was very small but we had it to ourselves so it was good. Kids loved it and temperature seemed good. Nothing to really not like.

Everything was great other than the pool area

The pool was always filled with children not supervised by an adult and they were jumping in pool all the time tried to relax in spa but always being splashed could even hear one another talk

The room was quite cool both nights. We did make a request for someone to check on it after the first night, but it appeared to stay the same so that was the only downside.

Everything was very good. The pool and gym could have been bigger.

Pool and gym size and the magnetic door cards, that needed activation every single day.
