Room was fine. The location was great for our needs but it's a bit off the beaten path especially for those who wish to visit Downtown/Old Quebec City. However, it's not far from Momorency Falls which is a big tourist attraction. There is a bike path that runs right behind the hotel and there is secure bicycle storage available. We have stayed at this property multiple times and we always have a good experience. The hotel also offers breakfast rebate coupons and the restaurant is just a short walk across the parking lot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also, new for this year is the availability of two Level 2 chargers on the property. The cost is $15 for overnight charging.

Rooms are well kept and very clean however the furniture is starting to feel a bit "tired". It's fine if you're looking for an affordable and clean place to stay but there is no pool or other "premium" amenities. We liked the availability of the EV chargers on-site but felt the price a bit high for a Level 2 charger.

Room very comfortable, some small appliances ( surprised ), main bed very good, additional bed ,less comfortable but big plus. Tea or coffee or juice available at any time. Close to Falls and Sainte Anne de Beaupre or canyon ( all worth to see). Only thing we regret , my wife left some clothing in the room. To send package to Mississauga Ontario, too expensive with Purolator. Alex , very helpful, even though we did not speak French.

just one thing, shower head and hose not flexible ,water spreading on a shower curtain. not a big deal, could be adjusted

We arrived early with our luggage, I had previously contacted the reception, and there was no issue.. We were there pre cruise and honesty, it was convenient once hubby got the hang after 2 days,, so with his experience of getting lost and 3 blisters on my feet. Tool us nearly 3 hours to get to this area,,, ......AND 10 MINUTES TO GET BACK..

There is nothing to dislike, it is very clean, and we were just there to sleep. Staff were very efficient, friendly, and after our 11mile trek, was please that he gave instructions on how to get where..

Surprised on how clean it was!

I had a little of hiccup while checking in, the front desk wanted me to use my virtual visa/debit so it could be swiped for the $50 deposit (same card used while reserving the room) but it is a virtual card so impossible for that to be swiped...finally someone came through and simply said that another card could be used without a problem. Did not find that info in their policies but it kinda made my check in feel like an eternity after a 3h drive

The location was good , restaurants and gas station were very close and the road was not busy when leaving .overall it was a good buget option that wasn't a dive.I will stay again for sure

The size of the room was a little cramped and no breakfast in the hotel but they did give a coupon for a restaurant next to hotel .still continental breakfast would be good .They didn't change our towels but the front desk provided when requested.

Clean room, clean beds, clean and well equipped facilities (laundry room, free coffee in the cafeteria. Staff was super nice and helpful when I needed to use the laundry machine and had trouble with the quarters. Check-out was super simple, only having to drop off the key card at the entrance. Parking outside is free, and you get 20% off at the restaurant right across the parking owned by the same chain.

There was a fireworks show across the river from our room up until around 1AM, and the window blinds didn't completely block off the light. The windows also did not completely block the sound, so we had a bit of trouble falling asleep with the fireworks exploding and lighting up the room.

Room was very cozy and comfortable. Bathroom was adequate size and shower was very nice. The wooden furniture is very comfortable and pleasant to look. Room was very clean and the reception area as well. Staff is fantastic even after the language difference.

The staff was amazing 👏 The free drinks is such a nice touch! Nice clean rooms with lots of space. The beds and the shower were comfy. Beautiful views of the city when you eat at the picnic tables!

It is a bit far from the city but we were there for a convention and our convention was near the hotel so it wasn't a problem for us.

Neighbour restaurant was slow for breakfast.

Besides coffee it would be nice if they provide tea bags (and a small kettle as the hot water using the coffee machine does not taste good)
