It is a lovely property, a renovated colonial building, Classy room design, amenities, comfort. Location in the Casco Viejo

One of the aspects I found unsatisfactory was the bathrobes. Given the high level of comfort offered by this hotel, I expected better quality. They should replace the low-quality, synthetic plush bathrobes with genuine cotton ones. The current bathrobes are uncomfortable and made of cheap fabric that causes you to sweat. The second is the price of the rooms is too high, considering that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. We stayed here four days in January, 2025. Arelio Rodriguez was a perfect host. He made great suggestions for breakfast, and is very knowledgeable of the area. We did not ask for housekeeping during our stay, but when we requested fresh towels, he delivered them right away. Nicolas was also very kind and helpful. The rooftop bar is very nice with a great view. Thank you so much for a great visit!

Excellent service from front desk staff, they provided a whole list of accommodations of places to eat and drink in the neighborhood. Beautifully decorated hotel. The room was immaculate and so spacious. The bathroom was gorgeous too. Loved the little thoughtful details of items you could use during your stay (sandals, flasks, ear plugs, etc). Happy that filtered water was available, so I easily refilled my water bottle. Loved having the balcony to drink my morning espresso from. The bed was so comfortable, it was hard to get up in the morning. Such a relaxing place to stay.

Street noise on weekend nights, but hotel provided ear plugs, and I was able to sleep with these.

The staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful, making the experience even better. The décor is beautiful colonial, and the rooftop offers excellent food with a view. The beds are on the softer side, which I personally love.

There was a slight damp smell, but I believe it’s just due to the natural humidity in the area, as the hotel is very well maintained. Overall, a fantastic choice—I would definitely return!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were large with a terrace. Location was close to everything in Casco Viejo by foot. Also appreciated the insulated water bottles and sanitized water machine available for use - eco friendly and saved us money/time buying huge jugs of water!

Location was a bit noisy at night when we were trying to sleep. The hotel does provide ear plugs, but you may want to bring a sound machine as well. Smelled a bit musty at times, in the room and/or hallways/lobby.

We had a wonderful stay at La Concordia and were super happy with the room. We stayed at one of the corner suites and It was just magical. The photos in the room description don't do justice to the overall feeling you get when opening the door. Not only is in pristine state but the attention to details and historical value. The tall windows, the large bed and the bathroom are just a few of the items to enjoy. We traveled for our wedding anniversary and the staff surprised us with a welcoming gift which was extra nice tough. Enjoy it!

Well, we have liked to leave the curtains open to allow the nice natural sunlight get in but if you need some privacy there are some apartments/rooms on the sides of the building. Just the nature of the casco viejo's layout.

Very nice hotel. Very large comfortable bed, massive bathroom. Tastefully furnished and decorated. Lovely food and views from rooftop bar/restaurant. Fantastic staff on reception - exceptionally helpful and very friendly. Situated on the edge of the nicest parts of the old town and easily walkable to all the central attractions in Casco Viejo.

I loved the hotel, helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness and the desire to go the extra mile for the guest.

The noise was horrendous on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There is a rooftop (4th floor) restaurant where music is played very loudly so the earplugs provided, though helpful, do nothing to stop the vibration from the "thumping" of the music. The property would have been a 10 but for the noise. Also the hotel is at the fringe of a neighborhood of extreme poverty. I felt quite safte as the police station was on the corner and there are strong police presence throughout the Old Town of Casco Viejo. I would not stay anywhere else but Casco Viejo.

Staying at La Concordia Boutique Hotel with my girlfriend was a delightful experience. The staff welcomed us warmly and their attention to detail made us feel well taken care of. Our room was a quiet, cozy retreat, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a deep and restful night's sleep. We woke up feeling rejuvenated, ready to enjoy the quaint surroundings. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay that provided us with the best night's rest in a long time.
