The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I arrived late in the evening and the fellow at the front desk was so nice and cheerful. He made sure I got a quiet room so that I could rest after my long, solo drive. So considerate! I loved how comfortable the room/bed was. It was very quiet, partly due to the hotel location, partly due to the room itself being quiet. I got such a great night sleep, that I was able to get up pretty early next day to hit the road all refreshed. There was plenty of parking.

Can't think of anything, aside from the side door on the first floor not being able to open with the keycard. I didn't get a chance to let the management know, because it's not a big deal. Just a nice convenience for those who park on the side and need to unload/load their car. Maybe it's timed to deactivate like the pool area, not sure. Again I didn't check, so I don't think it's a ding agains this lovely place.

The location was convenient, the rate was good, and the staff was fantastic. I traveled with my dog and the hotel is very accommodating to dogs. My dog eats fresh food that needs to be kept frozen until ready to eat and the staff member at the front desk offered to store it in the hotel's freezer which was very much appreciated. plenty of grass for potty walks and poop bag stations. The room was an 8.5/10 on cleanliness. There are multiple places to grab food and there is a walmart 2 minutes away.

The only con: There is an airport close by and a ton of military fighter jets were taking off throughout the morning which were insanely loud. Not sure if that happens on a regular basis, but did not happen overnight. The main reason it was a con is because it was scary for my dog. I am happy with my stay overall and would stay here again if i return to the area.

It was conveniently located near lots of shops and restaurants. A short walk or drive to anything you would need. Your stay came with complementary access to a nearby, full sized gym which was pretty cool. The free breakfast was just what we needed to fuel up before we jit the road.

Larger room . Good parking lots of light in parking area . Had 2 bookings stayed for 3 nights . I am a repeat repeat customer traveled for birthday / graduation.. family time is most important .

Water pressure was low . Bed wasn't comfortable. Food was ok for breakfast . Could of had more options .

Could not connect to internet; one of door keys would not work; TV would not turn off room 321. Everytime we turn off it would come back on. When I told them upon checking out, I was told they were already aware sorry - why would you give out a room with a tv that does not shut off?

The lady at the desk when we first checked in was super friendly. Room was adequate.

The breakfast was not very good. We got there about 7:00 and there were no eggs or meat for at least 45 mins. There really wasn't much of a selection. The waffle iron didn't cook the waffle all the way through. We had to go buy breakfast because we had to be at a high school golf tournament.

It was quiet, staff was very nice and professional, room was cozy and beds were comfortable, free breakfast was good variety for the whole family, close to shopping.

Coffee filter was little dirty price for one night was little pricey

I booked this hotel because it had a good price and offered breakfast.

The walls are thin and I could hear the voices of our neighbors and the closing of the cabinets. Also there is a train nearby that whistled when it came through.

Facility was clean. Staff was friendly. We were able to hear our neighbors through the walls but when they quieted down everything was peaceful. Nice that there is no traffic noise. Will stay again.

Noises in hall and next to room were very loud but only till everyone went to bed.

Breakfast was good - pretty much what I've come to expect. I always like when waffles are a choice. Rooms were clean and there is a bowling alley in the same parking lot area with an arcade that was popular with the teens. Otherwise, easy to get to, easy check in, clean rooms.
