Owners were exceptional as well as the location. This was especially appreciated at a difficult point in my son's life.

The room was spacious, clean, and easy to navigate. Beds were comfortable and well made. The receptionist was kind, helpful, and fun to talk to. My boyfriend and I felt welcome and safe.

The cigarette smell permeated the facility. It was strong in the room where my boyfriend and I slept. The bathroom door was also hard to shut. May need to resize the door or the frame.

This was a fine place for a night. I came in kind of late from the train. The website said the office closed at midnight so I did not bother to call and tell them my train was late. When I arrived there though the front door said the office closed at 11pm. Other than that the front desk person was friendly and I checked out around 8:00am.

Good location. Older facility but clean and well maintained. Excellent beds for good night sleep. Quiet. Great value. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

It was clean and the room was large. We also liked the location across from the river park.

The bathtub stopper didn't work and the ice machine was not adequate.

I made a mistake online...their accommodation to the situation was gladly accepted. I much much appreciated the help of the gentleman.
