Almost everything was top notch. From the overall layout of the resort, to the small shops outside. The trees were just changing into Fall colors. The beds were great. The staff super friendly. The restaurant not crowded. The fireplace was a nice touch. The chess boards were inviting. The decor was very appealing.

The toilet seat in room 328 looked like it belonged in a NY subway restroom. Please change it, as it was the only issue. It’s old, dated and discolored. You’re only as good as your weakest point of detail. At least it was comfortable.

For just a short drive out of town, you are rewarded with a beautiful property with great views, nice walking paths, golf, and an outdoor patio for drinks/meals that can't be beat. The staff will make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

The facility looked dated - the carpeting was old, the furniture in the common areas was in good condition but also aged. The staff was fabulous but as a golf resort the food options were limited and the food was good, but not great. The Joyful Cafe on the property however (independently owned and operated) made their hollandaise sauce from scratch - that was fabulous!

Dinner at Muddy duck was awesome and people great. Breakfast at cafe was also awesome as were the people working there. Rooms left a lot to be desired at the rate it went for. Golf course was awesome. Tried to get some lunch at the BbQ food cart before golf but seems the posted hours do not mean anything.

Lighting in bathroom in our room was very poor. Did not find any literature of the facility or property showing hiking or biking trails.

We loved the beautiful grounds and lodge. The swimming pool was amazing and the kids had fun. The cleaning staff was on top of everything and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

The food was mediocre at best and expensive. I wish we had discovered the deli at the store because the food looked good and lots of variety. Free coffee from 5 AM on was not ready on all 3 days we stayed with no one around to request it. No furniture in the room except an uncomfortable desk chair, we had to request and extra chair. I didn’t appreciate the 40.00 per day pet fee. We visit Klamath Falls about 3 times a year. I don’t think we will stay here again.

The rooms were nicer sized and so was the bed . Also. Loved the balcony . The restaurant was amazing inside and out . The grocery store was great and prices at the restaurant and the store were good . They are more than dog friendly and we have three little yappers .

The outdoor balcony could have been swept and de cobwebbed . And some more drinking glass’s not paper cups. More towels stocked

Beautiful, nicely landscaped, lovely little market/deli. Pool and gym are really great. It’s nice to have a restaurant on the property as well.

Usually the kids love the pool but this time the staff scared them by yelling at them for being in the hot tub. Kids love hot tubs, everywhere else we’ve ever stayed (even places with water parks) don’t care if kids are there. They’ve always been really nice but now they’re super strict and the kids didn’t want to be there. Also, every time we eat here the wait staff seem really overworked. Takes forever to be seated, forever to order, to get food, to get bill, to leave. No one to bus tables, etc.

This place is ~1h from crater lake and train mountain. We visited with our toddler and he had a lot of fun in the pool & playground. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. We have a great time, thank you!

The restaurant is understaffed and a bit slow

The in-house restaurant had good food options and good food. The view from the patio is awesome. The lobby and sitting area are nice. Nice walking and biking areas on the property. Very quiet and serene location. The indoor pool and sauna room were good.

The gym for exercise needs updating.

I really liked the 2 bed room house, I liked how the resort had all the stuff we could do. I loved the joyful cafe on the property. I disliked how the beds were only a queen size, and I disliked that some places, like the market place and ice rink, were only open specific days and hours.

We felt safe. We drove through a few states so we had a lot of things with us in the bank of our pickup truck. We were happy everything was there the next morning. Great dinner in the restaurant and great service

Kind of off our path and out of the way but it was nice.
