We have stayed here for one night stays and it has worked out. We like the free parking, location, fair price for the area, good size room, coffee machine, comfortable bed and staff has always been great.

This hotel has a problem keeping the elevator working. This is the second time it was not working at one of our stays. I prefer to stay on the 4th floor, parking lot side because it tends to be quieter. This time we had a ground floor room due to all the luggage we brought and didn't want to lug it all up the stairs. With the noises from the parking lot, neighbors AC unit and upstairs guests, we had a challenge getting a good night's sleep. The shower head had mildew on it! And a "daddy long legs" was climbing up the wall between the queen beds. The rooms are definitely showing signs of use and age. I believe it's a different experience depending on the room you get.

Had the king sized bedroom with sofa pull out w a room divider in the middle for partial privacy. Main bed was very comfy. Everything in room was clean. Made use of the large indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and wet sauna. It's located further from the downtown area which was fine for us as we wanted something quieter. There are several American restaurants within walking distance. Good value.

Sofa bed was very lumpy so it was good enough for a small kid, definitely not comfy for an adult. It said we had a kitchenette which consisted of a mini fridge, sink, and low powered microwave. NO kitchenware. However, the person at front desk found some bowls for us. The dry sauna didn't work. The fitness room only had a few machines but was enjoyed by other guests. Service was a bit non-responsive by phone but good in person.

Room values were reasonable for the two rooms. One was two double beds and the other was a suite with a King and sofa. Having a baggage cart to move luggage in and out was a plus. The location close to OIT; was perfect, a two minute drive to the campus. There were a number of fast food options and one restaurant nearby. Applebees was open until 11 pm which fit our late arrival. Other places in town close at 9 pm.

Ice machine on 3rd floor was not working. I had to go to the 4th floor for ice.Staff should have posted a sign or advised. E when I checked in.

The room was fine. The lamps were a bit unstable. One you could not sit anything heavy as the lamp was not level.

There was no food for anyone diabetic or other dietary restrictions. No fruit of any kind. So we could not eat there. That was very disappointing. We would not stay there again due to this lack. The cost was $100 per night higher the week I booked compared to the week before and the week after. That seems unfair.

The location of the facility was just out of town but very convenient access to all roads into/out of Klamath Falls. The rooms was good size with sitting area separated from sleeping area. Shower was easy to use and there was plenty of water.

There is no restaurant onsite. We found coffee and pastries across the street so it was not a big deal. Proximity to college and our stay coinciding with start of semester meant we had a lot of 18-22 year olds onsite during our stay which slowed down checkin and checkout but not terribly so.

Every staff member we interacted with was cheerful, helpful, and friendly, from the front counter, maintenance, and the bartender. The location right off 97 is wonderful, with the hospital and restaurants nearby. The hot tub, pool, and sauna were open from 6 am to 11 pm. The rooms were spacious and clean. We will be back.

Aside from only having 2 towels in a room with 2 queen beds and the chairs had stains in the seats. The place could use some TLC; shampoo the chairs in the rooms, and the hallway carpets. Mismatched and missing tiles in the hot tub, ceiling tiles were dirty and discolored.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was huge for a hotel room. There were 2 queen beds, a small table with 2 chairs, the long counter with TV and 2 more chairs and a desk type area. Then a second counter devoted to microwave, fridge & sink, a type of kitchen area. A third counter surface with the bathroom sink. In one corner was a "club chair with lamp and very small table but good for reading. Good water pressure in the shower. The room was very clean.

The treadmill in the workout room did not work and the exercise "machine" was difficult to figure out, but that could be my lack of knowledge.

The beds are comfy & the pool & hot tub were great.

Our mini fridge didn't stay cold enough to be food safe & our A/C was on but you couldn't feel it throughout the room. A large part of why we picked that hotel was the complimentary breakfast but when we arrived we were told that they are between companies to provide breakfast and there was no compensation. That was pretty frustrating.

The amenities of the room.

The difficulty locating the hotel as a traveler driving through Klamath Falls on US highway 97. The lack of a free breakfast in the hotel or the option of a special breakfast in the adjoining restaurant when the restaurant is operational. The lack of initiative by the management and staff at the reception desk to learn about and share the reasons for the closing of the attached restaurant as posted on the front door of the restaurant and the hours and special food and beverage services provided in the bar connected to the hotel for guests in the hotel during the closure period of the restaurant, including the acceptance of minors in the bar during certain hours.

My room was large and well equipped. It featured a wet bar and a room divider that separated the bed/bathroom area from the living area. There was a TV in each area.

The wall socket near the right side of the bed was too far from the nightstand to allow me to plug in my hearing aid charger , CPAP machine and phone charger. Luckily, I always carry an extension cord or two, so that was a very minor issue.l
