The breakfast was amazing and had a variety of items to choose from. The staff was exceptional and always asked if we needed help. Very impressed with customer service care.

We were truly disappointed that the pool was not available. The main reason I picked this hotel was that there was a pool and breakfast. Desk person stated it was on the website but I stated I didn’t see that anywhere on the site. We almost canceled but decided to just stay there as we didn’t know what other place was available. Other than that the stay was pleasant. The hotel was very clean and nice

Very clean and neat. The room was nice, modern, and spacious. It was very comfortable. The bed, bedding, and pillows were great. It had a really really good breakfast, my hubby loves the cinnamon rolls. The lady who checked us is was fantastic even though she was busy. I was a bit worried because I looked at google reviews of all hotels in the city and everything had some not so great things to say. In the end I’m glad I booked here. Honestly a great stay!

The only downside was the late check-in time at 4:00 PM. Thankfully, I was allowed to check in at 2:00 PM, which helped a lot since I was traveling with a small child.

The room was very clean, the staff especially the desk staff were very friendly. My husband and I arrived early and were still able to check into our room. Every time we walked by the front desk they would wish us a good day or good evening. I’d stay there again, yes 👍🏻

Breakfast was delicious , hot and lots of choices

I tried to check out early due to bad weather coming to mountain between airport and motel . Was refused due to using booking . Com. Notified motel clerk had to leave by Sunday am before 11 am .instead of Wednesday . Clerk refused to check me out . Would not give receipt . It was my understanding if I left early there was a fee to do so . I was charged for three nights that I did not stay . It two me two days flying to get home to Va because of storms in Salt Lake City area . I have used this facility before . I know now to book day by day . Was very disappointed in the way this was handled .

The room was spacious and felt roomy. The room smelled nice and clean. The free breakfast was really good and there was a lot of room in the eating area.

The towels were rough and maybe a fabric softener would have worked to soften them. The hotel itself, is located on a very busy street and you could hear the traffic noise all night. The room fan kept on restarting so every time you started to fall asleep, the noisy fan would come on and wake you up.

Probably the best stay we ever had if not for the Breakfast. The staff were great, the location was great, the Area was very good and we really liked the room!

The Breakfast; that really was possibly the worst! No beverage offered was to my liking. I just did not like the breakfast options! The 4 juice options were Orange Juice with Stevia, Apple Juice with Stevia, Water and Orange Juice with Stevia.

Great location for overnight stay if passing through. Breakfast included is very good but more options would have been nice.

The shower bathtub did not drain properly and water accumulated at the back of the tub. The water had to be manually pushed out with our feet.

It was immaculate! The bed was so comfortable I slept like a log. Cinnamon rolls were hot and soft and bacon was crispy and flavorful. I was able to get an early check in as a room was available. Quiet room.

The hot tub was occupied by a large group of young adults so I couldn’t soothe my aching back.

Breakfast was rather good. The location appears to be in a sketchy part of town that did not place us off

Additional lighting in the bedroom. A nightlight in the bathroom. We paid about $50 less for a little bit nicer accommodations and a little bit tasteier breakfast in Washington. Not a bad place but not worth $200 a night.
