We were looking for a place with reasonably easy access to Crater Lake National Park, and this hotel was perfect for that purpose. Rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly. It was convenient to be able to have breakfast on the premises instead of having to look for a place to eat in town or to self-cater. But one of the best reasons I would recommend this place is its proximity to that the restaurant in the casino next door is open until 10 pm, while others in town close at 9 pm. After a long day of traveling, and after a whole day in Crater Lake, it was nice to have the reassurance that we would be able to have a decent meal there.

Great and friendly staff. Nice rooms. Loved that we both had a great place to store and access our suit cases. Perfect location to get to Crater lake for the day. Loved that it had a good restaurant located across the parking lot at the casino within walking distance and the travel center was perfect to gas up and grab snacks for the road. Best stay I have had. Gina was amazing and everyone was helpful and friendly.

Gina at The front desk was awesome. She informed us of all the perks of staying at the hotel as we were given bonus dollars to play at the casino. We had checked on the day before and ended up staying another night we had actually checked out and re-checked in because we were snowed in. However the gal from the day before her name was Denise didn’t inform us of all of the perks that we got with our booking. But Gina covered it and she was amazing. Super accommodating. We had a late check out the following day and I called down to the front desk and got a gentleman named Gary I believe. At first he told me absolutely not-cannot check out late but I explained to him that we were snowed in without a vehicle and we’re waiting for our driver. And after a little whining and complaining and a very curt tone he agreed that it was OK for us to check out an extra 30 minutes later.our stay got extended again one more day. The snow had not lifted. But we decided to use the hot tub and the swimming pool which were heated nicely. And our king suite was comfortable enough that we were able to eat in our room and we even went to buy a couple puzzles and had some date night fun.… With the puzzle… just the puzzle …Ha ha But the best part was the linens and the FULL HOT BREAKFAST THE SHEETS WERE CRISP AMD BRIGHT WHITE the comforter and towels soft and fluffy and not two or even 4 pillows BUT SIX FLUFFY PILLOWS. I haven’t slept that good since being in my moms womb. ****thanks guys!

The eco water pressure was a challenge. And the pool towels were a little small. The late check out policy could use some modifying

The free breakfast was a great amenity. We rate breakfast's as good whenever they serve bacon! Everything else about the hotel, as far as I recall, was fantastic!

However, my one complaint is that the breakfast items are always the same every day. One other thing, not totally within the hotel's control, was that there were limited dining options in the area.

The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. The bathroom was nice and the shower was really big. I loved the pool and hot tub, although the pool was kinda small for more than 3 or 4 people to swim in. The breakfast was really good. There was a lot of options like biscuits and gravy, bacon, and make your own waffles. I love how there's a casino with a restaurant next door.

The pool was a little small but it was still nice. The pillows weren't very supportive. My head just sank into them. And $150 is a little steep for 1 night, but there is a casino right next door so that's cool. Other than that, there wasn't much I didn't like.

Comfortable,clean room Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast some hot items and assorted bread but they don't have hot oatmeal

The room numbers direction at the elevator facing wall so you know what direction to go after you come out of the elevator

The cleanliness and friendly staff was over the top!

The shower head did not provide an adequate amount of water. It was hard to rinse shampoo out of hair. The air conditioner was very loud. Hidden costs booking online through Booking.com

Everything was great. Our room was too close to the highway and the front desk clerk was able to move us. The casino owned the property and if you joined the casino club, you were given $5 off your meal plus $5 you could play with. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

Gina was a true professional even though she had been working long shift. I will always remember her smile as we walked in and out of the hotel. Thank you!
