The property and all the people we met who work there were just lovely and made us very comfortable. It was great that the motel now has an EV charger for those of us driving an electric car. The extras of cookies each evening is special.

Having stayed at the motel several times in the past it is too bad that the homemade granola and yoghurt are no longer a part of the breakfast. The offerings are really no better than any other place to stay and the use of plastic and paper plates does nothing for our earth. It was a disappointment.

Breakfast was excellent. Loved that there is plenty of options. Really liked the cappuccino machine. Coffee was delicious. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Substantial fitness center. The staff was friendly, polite , and helpful.

Overall, unfortunately we did not care for Klamath Falls as a town. Most of it appears old and rundown. No great attractions close by. Stopped by due to its fairly close town/location to Crater Lake.

Loved the rustic wood inside and it was located near a busy road but easy in and out. The staff was so nice and the breakfast was outstanding

The pool area cement was pretty dirty as near a busy road .. the stuffed creatures on the wall not necessary or attractive

The hotel was pleasant and rooms spacious

Sorry but the internal fabric was a little aged . Carpets in the breakfast area where old and dirty and require to be replaced - suggest wooden floors . Additionally the corridor carpets had had their day again dirty

The hotel was older but very well maintained. Our room was very quiet and clean and the bed was so comfortable we really wanted to extend our stay. The breakfast provided had more options than any other hotel we've stayed. Really enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful water pressure for shower. Clerk went above and beyond to find coffee pods I wanted in the housekeeping area. And a good dinner suggestion right around the corner

The WiFi was intermittent during the evening. It was annoying .

Our room was clean and the staff were all great. I don’t remember her name but the lady that checked us in was extremely helpful.

Overall, the hotel was comfortable and clean. It was in a safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly, and they had free cookies every evening! S)

We chose Best Western because their breakfast is supposed to be good. That turned out to be poorer than expectation. We could have stayed in Comfort Inn by paying $100 less, and would have had the same quality of stay and food.

It was fantastic! Though the pillows were a little bit too soft for my liking. Overall it was great. Thank you!
