Minimalism and thoughtful conveniences. Nothing that wasn't necessary (for example, no pictures on the walls), but everything that was. Spotless kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, cookware, tableware, new paper towel roll, soap. Spotless bathroom with new sink and new walk-in shower. Wide closet with iron. Electronic doorlock. Plenty of floorspace.

Mattress too soft. Short office hours (checkout by 11:00 a.m.—but no one staffing the office UNTIL 11:00). Shower could use a shelf to set things on. No elevator to second floor. No ironing board. No phone to contact office.

Clean, comfortable room for an overnight stay. We did not have noise from other rooms. High-tech key system to enter the room.

Although we had a top floor room, the window had frosted glass that was close to the ceiling, like the ones found in a basement or a garage. I do not know about other rooms; we were at a detached building. The layout of the hotel is also weird; maybe the rooms closer to the main high-rise building have better windows. Our room was in a building bordering the main road; not carrying heavy traffic but still there was some truck traffic late at night. A bit of an issue for a light sleeper. Otherwise, you are fine.

The room was spacious clean and had a little kitchenette we weren’t expecting. It also had a big tv. It looked recently remodeled inside our room.

When we drove up and saw it was an older 2 story motel type place I was nervous, but you could see the areas they updated just for pictures online. The outside was a bit sketchy. And at first I thought it was going to be icky inside our room but I was pleasantly surprised it was nice. I also thought we’d be able to see the little lake it was sitting on but the back wall towards the lake was all brick. What a waste of a good view.

We loved that room had a small kitchen in it with a fridge, stove stop, and utensils. The room was large and the bed was super comfortable which is so rare! Their was a pool on the property that was easy to access. We enjoyed swimming in it.

The room could have had a little more TLC when it came to cleanliness. Like there was random stains in the bathroom, and the remote could have been scrubbed a little bit more. It took a min to get the shower water to come up to temp.

Clean! Quiet! Big rooms! Nice layout! Comfortable bed! Close proximity to a decent restaurant...Waffle Hut! Nice large TV with reliable WiFi. Needs local tv programming though.

Hotel was out of decaf coffee. A lot of gravel gets brought into the room from outside..so sweeping the walkways better and putting a entry rug to help combat the rocks coming inside would spare stepping on the pebbles with bare feet going to the bathroom in the middle of the night! No ice machine..not ice trays we have no idea how old or if it was contaminated by previous guest. Another bummer was not having local tv reception!!! Local weather and being able to watch my regular shows is important to me when away at hotels.

Apparently they had shut down wings of the motel and remodeled. I really liked the results. It seemed liked everything was done the way I would have. The walls and paint seemed excellent quality. The bathroom fixtures, wall electrical outlets with USB ports, electronic doorlocks with your code. Everything was done well and out room was suite size. I would choose this place every time.

The mirror in the bathroom fogs up easily as it is tight against the outside wall, and it was cold out. I would be curious if that changes on warmer weather. I would not let this keep me from selecting this place over any other.

The hotel is in a fabulous location and right next to the Waffle Hut, perfect for the classic, diner-style breakfast.

Locking our hotel room door was hit or miss; then again, it could have been user error 😂. The lobby opens at 11 AM, which is a little odd but perhaps due to staffing issues. They did offer a phone number to call should we have needed anything outside of the lobby hours.

Simple but clean and easy. Bedding (sheets and comforters) were all white which is always much appreciated to feel like it was clean. Dog Friendly but absolutely no sign of previous dogs and a great stay for us and our pups. Nice Roku big TV. A great value in an older motel style layout but simple modern interior with comfortable beds and a great fridge/microwave setup.

Would absolutely stay again.

Recently updated/renovated motel, really appreciated the full kitchen and spaciousness of the room. Everything was up to date, TV had streaming services, and staff was friendly.

Our room doorpad malfunctioned, but someone came out to address it right away. Some small oversights with cleaning (splatters on bathroom wall near sink) but in general felt clean, safe, and homey.

It was very clean, spacious and super quiet! The bed was comfortable, pillows were awesome. The kitchen was a nice addition. It was raining and too cool to use the pool but it looked good. The location was convenient for walking in the veterans park and downtown, plus close to 97 as we were passing through

The bath fan made a whining sound and the shower door came off its tracks, but this was a minor thing.
