There is no breakfast offered. Went across the street to the Waffle restaurant and the food was okay but we ended up with $92 bill for 2 adults 3 children. As for the motel, the room was clean and comfortable with a nicely remodeled bathroom. The manager is super nice and helpful. There is no ice machine so he gave us a bag of ice in the office. This is an old motel needing a lot of exterior maintenance, but is nicely located off I-5 and a good value.

Parking is not easy---wife got our van boxed in by a long F350 truck and called on me to back it out and down the ramp to the front of the motel. We had to haul everything up outside stairs to the second floor as there is no elevator. There is a 3rd floor as well---that would have been a tough climb (I am 87 and wife is 78).

The environments and energy is easy going. unlike most places in klamath falls the worst days i've ever had were actually in klamath falls at a motel 6 in this place is where i would bring my family there's a park across the street that is very nice with a lake. Beware of any motel that is located on south 6th street drug infested dirty places.

I can't think of one complaint

I stayed here one night in June 2025 while passing through. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It had all the amenities (frig, MW, hairdryer, flatscreen TV, coffeemaker, shampoo, conditioner, lotion). It's located along a main street with a restaurant across the street. I would stay here again.

Andy was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating!

I wouldn't say it was a "didn't like".. plugs for phones and other electronics were scarce. There was one plug on a lamp and then the bathroom. Everhthing else was behind furniture. No USB ports if you forgot the "brick" or plug. The lamps or even TV didn't have any and I forgot all of them. It would have been very helpful to have access to charging items. Most hotels have them on lamps. Otherwise other than a good mopping of the floor it was good!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. The beds were comfortable.

The sounds from rooms above and even some rooms nearby was quite loud but luckily stopped before the night. We were just staying one night so it was not really an issue but the walls are pretty thin.

I was surprised how nice the location of the hotel is. It's located on an upper elevation in the city. We stayed in a limited mobile room and the its so spacious. Like literally the bathroom can fit one bed. I like that the flooring is not carpeted. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Limited parking.

The room was very big. The bathroom was exceptionally large. We had the handicap room. The bed was comfortable. It was convenient to the freeway and close to Dutch Bros.

There was no where to hang our clothes. We had to hang them on the shower rod. When I woke up in the middle of the night, I could hear conversation. Not sure if it was people talking or someone had their TV up loud.

Clean room with laminated flooring, allows dogs, comfortable bed and Andy was very friendly and helpful during checking in and checkout. There is a great park right across along a large lake, great for nature walk .

Furniture a bit dated, but basically a good value for what you get.

They upgraded my room to a king size room for free because the young man at the front desk wasn't familiar with the operating system on the computer at the front desk.

I liked that. They were knowledgeable about the nearby restaurants in the area and what have you.
