I am surprised this is only a 1 Star as it is great. It is owner operated by a lovely couple. We wanted to eat in our room so they supplied a toaster, cutlery and plates. We even had fresh flowers in the room. There was plenty of room to open suitcases. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend this property.

The owners were welcoming and made me feel as though they actually cared about me. Though our encounter was short, it set my stay to be positive. The room was small and cozy. I could see that the owners have cared for their motel. The price was fare. I will stay again if i ever return to Kalamath Falls!

The motel owners are there to make your stay excellent and are most friendly and accommodating. The room is quiet and spotlessly clean, with an updated bathroom. Our double queen room had places for suitcases and a table large enough to eat from or work from. The mini-fridge, microwave and coffee machine are really nice to have. The super cleanliness of the room makes the room really inviting and the beds are very comfortable.

Although I might like a more consistent style, the furniture styles are eclectic and give the room character. Everything is functional and in excellent shape.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming. She greeted us at our car as we arrived and gave us good eating and tourist options for the area. She also suggested a location to visit at our final destination. The room was amazingly clean, the bedding and towels were high quality, the bed very comfortable. Looked like the room was recently updated with new windows, a great size mini fridge and freezer. It is a very quiet property even though it is close to a major road. Very safe and a well lit exterior. Fresh flower bouquet in our room and nice sitting area outside our room. We were in a unit towards the back of the property instead of the rooms closer to the road; we liked the location, easy access to services and downtown. Beats all the chain motels! Supporting local properties is always good. We will definitely book again when in KF.

Ditto all the other 5-star reviews. Exceptionally clean with personal touches ... fresh flowers, B&B type bedspread (decorative quilt), two nightstands (with mints) and ample outlets for devices. The owner welcomed us before we were out of the car and opened the door to our room. We also enjoyed having a glass of wine outside our room using the chairs/table provided ... I wiped the table with a tissue, and it was totally clean!

This is a circa 1960's motel (par excellence) with entry right off the parking lot, and as such, you can hear any talking by other guests outside their room and roadside traffic. Not a complaint, and to be expected, so just a heads up if you are a light sleeper to pack a noise machine.

My family and I stayed here this August, on the way to Lake Tahoe and we liked it so much we booked it again on our way back home. The motel owners were very nice. They make great effort into making the stay a great and comfortable one- it shows in the rooms and property. The room was clean and homey. Beds were comfortable. Nice and clean restroom/showers. There was plenty of parking on site. The outdoor area itself was very nicely maintained. The best part was that it was quiet at night even though we stayed in the rooms that were closer to the road. Would book here again!

This property is the greatest value I've experienced in many years. It had a 9.8 rating and I said to myself "no way", especially for the quoted price. I was wrong. This property was at least that good. I liked everything about my stay starting with the owners/managers, who were two of the nicest, most caring people I've ever encountered. As an example, I was sitting in my car in front of my room reading my cell phone messages. The husband/manager came up and checked on me because I had been sitting there for a while. Who does that? Then the wife/manager went out of her way to check and see if I had slept well and if everything was okay. This is old-fashioned customer service. Actually caring about your customers? Forget the big box motels which were very expensive. This motel looks old-fashioned but it had good beds, adequate linens, a very good A/C unit, and the bathroom had been recently remodeled. And it was absolutely clean which is a credit to the care these managers give their property. I don't get to Klamath Falls very often but I won't consider staying anywhere else next time. Do yourself a huge favor, give this little model a chance. I promise you you will shocked at how well they treat you.

Not a single thing.

This motel exceeded our expectations. Though the facility is older, the units are welcoming, homey, clean and met all our needs. The hostess, Louiza, was very hospitable and we felt "right at home". Not a flashy big company hotel. But it was reasonably priced and it is more like the old fashion motels of yesteryear-complete with friendly people who were happy to have us as guests-highly recommend to folks seeking budget friendly, comfortable bed in a quiet area. Main thing - we had a great night's sleep!

For those of us not techie, instructions on the TV remote would be a help.

It is so nice to stay someplace where all the rave reviews are true. Room was clean and quiet, and there were even fresh flowers in the room. It felt very safe. The beds were comfortable. The proprietor was so attentive and helpful . I got a call half an hour after we checked out to tell me she found something in my room and I was able to easily go back and get it since she called so quickly. This is a very lovely place and a good value. I highly recommended it. In fact we stayed again on our way back home even though it was a bit out of the way because it was so good.

Everything about this property was awesome. It has been beautifully restored and decorated. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower was very nice and was stocked with top of the line products. We had the cutest little kitchenette. The Italian coffee was a nice treat and so delicious. The fridge was also stocked with half & half and creamer for your coffee. There was even a vase full of pretty flowers. I cannot say enough good things about this motel. Stay there and find out for yourself. You will be glad you did.
