I am surprised this is only a 1 Star as it is great. It is owner operated by a lovely couple. We wanted to eat in our room so they supplied a toaster, cutlery and plates. We even had fresh flowers in the room. There was plenty of room to open suitcases. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend this property.

The owners were welcoming and made me feel as though they actually cared about me. Though our encounter was short, it set my stay to be positive. The room was small and cozy. I could see that the owners have cared for their motel. The price was fare. I will stay again if i ever return to Kalamath Falls!

The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was greeted by one of the owners on arrival while I was looking for the office and (as I had called ahead to see if room was ready for an early check-in and room was prepaid), she pointed out the room I would be in and opened it so I could drop my stuff off prior to checking in at the office. She also had suggestions for places to eat and things to do, and when I decided to check out a nearby bluegrass festival let me borrow one of their folding chairs. They even offered to give me some utensils and dishes to use as I mentioned I was going to be fixing my own food with the microwave. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, and good pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower. AC and internet also worked well.

It would have been nice had there been a pool, but no big deal. For the price this place was a great deal and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The wonderfully helpful owner/manager! Luisa greeted us by name as we checked in and gave us a great deal of info about what to see, what to do, and where to eat in Klamath Falls. She was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean comfortable with quilts on the beds, a table and chairs, and Luisa supplied us with decaf coffee grounds for the in-room coffee maker. The shower was large with pretty tiles and there was lots of hot water. We were able to park close to our room, which we always appreciate.

Blackout curtains would help on the window. Light came through the blinds and light curtains, so that we awoke rather too early.

It was very clean, had sweet little homie touches, I felt safe and relaxed, and the owner was so sweet and kind, even offering suggestions for dinner. I loved all the small touches, like the beautiful tile in the bathroom and fresh flowers on the table. It was simple room, but comfy and a great place to crash after our visit to Crater Lake. Thanks you for a great experience. (It was $20-25 cheaper than chain hotels, but also had zero amenities, just a nice room with a table, queen bed, refrigerator and older A/C unit, so I would have rather paid $50-60 for the room, that is the only thing I would have liked to be different)

This is a lovely family run hotel. The proprietor Luisa is one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and really went out of her way to make sure her guests were satisfied and had all the info they needed about Klamath Falls to have a nice stay. The rooms are good, especially considering the price. The room was clean and comfortable and the appliances were fairly modern, including the window AC unit, mini fridge, and shower. A nice surprise was the coffee - actual coffee grounds provided in a jar with a scoop so I could brew a decent cup! Location was good as well. It's a quiet area, but only about a 10-minute drive from downtown

The motel owners are there to make your stay excellent and are most friendly and accommodating. The room is quiet and spotlessly clean, with an updated bathroom. Our double queen room had places for suitcases and a table large enough to eat from or work from. The mini-fridge, microwave and coffee machine are really nice to have. The super cleanliness of the room makes the room really inviting and the beds are very comfortable.

Although I might like a more consistent style, the furniture styles are eclectic and give the room character. Everything is functional and in excellent shape.

Very cozy and friendly atmosphere. The safest feeling motel we’ve stayed at. Sweet older couple running it, giving it the feel of staying at a grandparents property. Extremely clean and well kept. It also felt a little bit away from the main drag giving it some privacy. Comfortable beds and we slept great. We will definitely come back if going in that direction!

Driveway was easy to miss and we passed it the first time around. Also our bathroom door didn’t fully close/lock properly. Otherwise great place.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming. She greeted us at our car as we arrived and gave us good eating and tourist options for the area. She also suggested a location to visit at our final destination. The room was amazingly clean, the bedding and towels were high quality, the bed very comfortable. Looked like the room was recently updated with new windows, a great size mini fridge and freezer. It is a very quiet property even though it is close to a major road. Very safe and a well lit exterior. Fresh flower bouquet in our room and nice sitting area outside our room. We were in a unit towards the back of the property instead of the rooms closer to the road; we liked the location, easy access to services and downtown. Beats all the chain motels! Supporting local properties is always good. We will definitely book again when in KF.

Ditto all the other 5-star reviews. Exceptionally clean with personal touches ... fresh flowers, B&B type bedspread (decorative quilt), two nightstands (with mints) and ample outlets for devices. The owner welcomed us before we were out of the car and opened the door to our room. We also enjoyed having a glass of wine outside our room using the chairs/table provided ... I wiped the table with a tissue, and it was totally clean!

This is a circa 1960's motel (par excellence) with entry right off the parking lot, and as such, you can hear any talking by other guests outside their room and roadside traffic. Not a complaint, and to be expected, so just a heads up if you are a light sleeper to pack a noise machine.
