The staff was friendly; We were especially impressed by the lady taking care of breakfast, she was very knowledgeable about the area and extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The motel was very busy, but it was very quiet. We were there from 6/6/25-6/9/25 for our granddaughter's H.S. graduation on 6/7/25. We will highly recommend you to anyone we know is going to Klamath Falls.

Some of the guests hanging out in the parking lot blocked stairways and entryways and were very sloppy.

The staff was so nice. We only met nice people. I could have written a very bad review, but the staff made up for the bad things. We arrived late at night, settled in to our two different rooms and later that night, I wanted to take a shower. Then I found out that the bathroom was not cleaned well, There was a lot of hair all over. We shortly considered to go to the reception, but we were tired and just wanted to sleep. The next morning I went to the reception with pictures. I just wanted them to see so they could use it for improvement. I am very sure they never had wanted to leave a bathroom like that. The reason why this review ends up quite good is the way the receptionist and the head of cleaning took it. They wanted the pictures so the could make sure it didn’t happen again, and they told me I could have moved. I knew that but didn’t have the energy. So actually I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The front staff were much nicer than in many other motels, we have stayed in.

The room was spacious and had a place where you could eat in the room if preferred. It was quiet, especially if you run the ac/heat on continuous fan mode to mask the usual street noise. The plumbing and rooms were quiet (really only heard neighbors when walking by the room). The WiFi worked well. Breakfast was good with cereal , bread,bagels, and waffles available. Hard boiled eggs and oranges/apples,yogurt, fresh mild also available. Coffee was caffinated only, but you could make decaf in the room (machine with filters available in each room). Maid service only occurred when you checked out. (We stayed two nights, and the towels were not changed or bed made, which was fine by me). Overall, an excellent value.

We chose this hotel, because they allow dogs. It turned out to be a perfect choice! Our two dogs could be walked within the hotel property (which had a poop bag station and enough grass to satisfy the dogs). There's also a dog park, and a walking trail directly behind the hotel. There's a Petco, about 100 yards away, and I was able to walk there, on the walking trail, to get my dogs groomed. I also liked the strong water pressure of the shower, and I liked that they have a couple of washers and dryers in the Laundry Room.

Newer motel is in great condition with all facilities well maintained and in excellent running order. Check in desk was friendly, courteous and answered my questions well. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding. The AM Continental breakfast was fresh and everything I needed to get the day started.

I asked for a ground floor when I reserved but was given a 2nd floor room.

I arrived after a reasonably long motorcycle ride and was welcomed by the staff - really nice people. I was given a ground-floor room with parking for my motorcycle directly outside, as I'd requested. The room was spotless and the bed so comfortable I slept late the following morning. This is my third stay in four years - I holiday from the UK every year and always use hotels where I have had good service before - The Cimarron Inn at Klamath Falls is on my list - I'll definitely stay here again.

I liked how they had breakfast every morning for the guests. I also enjoyed the knowledge of the staff when a question was asked. I appreciate the suggestions and the staff for their hard work on making my experience there a great one.

The parking lot is a bit small and can fill up very quickly. The chance of parking your vehicle in front of your hotel would be 50-50.

I liked the hotel location, staffs were friendly. But when we reached around 11pm at night, found our AC in room 118 wasn’t plugged in. The wire was too short to reach to a socket. We had to shift to another room at that time of the hour. Other than that rest is good

Breakfast time should be till 11. More options to be included.

Clean

Some man walking around saying he was just a prostitute. The breakfast offered low protein, mostly processed carbs. The did have hard boiled eggs though. The yogurt was off brand orange crème. They did offer bagels and a toaster and waffles.

Very nice clean room. Love the window in the bathroom for ventilation. nice location great choices of restaurants.

I wish there was a way to secure the window if I wanted to have it open a little bit during the night. I stayed on the bottom floor, but felt insecure about leaving the window open overnight.
