Wonderful new-ish hotel right on the lake at Klamath Falls! Definitely recommend getting a lakeside room, as the view is amazing with the lake and all the waterfowl. Hot breakfast was standard to other hotel hot breakfasts (scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy), and they had standard continental breakfast items as well (instant oatmeal bowls, bananas, English Muffins, cereal). They also had Oat Milk to use for your cereal and coffee! Room was large and well appointed, with a fridge and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. They have a little store at the front desk with soda pop, chips, cookies, dessert, beer, etc. We loved taking a walk on the trail that went from the Veterans Park on one side to a quarter of the way around the lake on the other side after breakfast.

New and super clean hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. Buffet breakfast was on point. Seems pretty wheelchair accessible (lots of designated parking spots), with paved path by the lake, and open lobby. Great bird watching in the morning by the lake :). Full-ish moon reflecting over the lake was also nice to watch. The hotel seemed pretty quiet despite the number of people staying there once Friday night rolled around.

Never tried the pool but by the looks of it, it seemed a little small for adults (3'-4' deep). It is probably great for little ones, but an adult is not lap swimming in this :)

As I checked out I wanted to check the outdoor patio. The staff keeps the back four locked so they adjusted my key so I could reenter. Once outside I could not get back into the lobby. No one to open the door to let me back into. I was able to walk around the entire hotel outside in order to get to my car out front.

The view from our 4th floor room of the lake was terrific.

The hotel is in a barren wasteland for a couple of blocks in all directions. The pool area was freezing so we didn't hottub. It would be lovely to have a bar/restaurant on the property as there is nothing else walking distance at night. The background noise from the ventilation was loud as was the heating/cooling unit. That, in fact, is my major complaint. No central lounge area other than the lobby couch.

Beautiful view of Lake Ewauna (as I had booked). Wide variety of breakfast options with free range eggs and turkey sausage. And the dining room was nice, with a view of the lake as well. Great bedside lighting. Good shower. There's also a nice walking path along the lake with access directly from the hotel.

The only missing detail was that the mini fridge didn't have a freezer compartment for refreezing my ice packs.

Breakfast was good and included a wider variety than expected. Eggs etc. The best part of my stay was the front desk lady - she was great not only with me but with my family who were staying elsewhere as we were in town for a funeral. She told them to come in and make themselves comfortable and have coffee while they waited for me. She gave me good nearby food recommendations also. She was perhaps 45 ish, had (maybe?) two-tone hair, and definitely had a puppy - which tells you what we talked about. Doreen?? That lady deserves a raise!

The breakfast food was cold. The bacon was cold and of poor quality and the French toast was cold and of poor quality as well. There was no fresh fruit either. For the one night price $250.00 I would expect much better breakfast quality and selection. I hope you will consider this review and will provide a better breakfast experience.

Clean rooms and linens. Great staff. Good pillows. Nice location. Good breakfast. Well functioning window shades, including blackout shade.

Only minor things: The shower leaked onto the floor through the seal between the doors. The room key was disabled at noon sharp--just as I was gathering my second and last load to put into the car. Maybe a bit pricey--but just fine if the staff is well paid.

We had the good fortune to spend two nights here. The hotel is new, and situated at the edge of the lake, just a few minutes walk from downtown. It is a superb location, with easy and close access to both walking and biking tracks, of which we did both. We opted for the lake-view room, and are glad we paid the extra money for both the view and the afternoon sunlight streaming in. Wifi and TV services were both great, and the included breakfast had great options. There is a guest laundry (pay) in the building, along with an indoor pool and gym (mainly treadmills, a stat bike, elliptical trainer, and a few weights). I also liked the provided bathroom amenities. All in all, this was a wonderful hotel to stay in!!!
