This property it’s one of the best place I have ever stayed at. I have no words for describing the attention to details and the perfect concept of this location. our stay at the lodge was exceptional in any sense. the room are large with a minimalist interior and a wonderful balcony overlooking the Red Sea. the infinity pool it’s wonderful . the restaurant and the service is more then exceptional… greeting you every day like it was the first time you were there and we felt so welcomed. everyday you can watch the sunrise right in front of the property and the Red Sea it’s so full of life and beauty. we did some escursions booked via the hotel and it couldn’t be better . every corner of this lodge it’s so nice and the people that work there make everything even nicer for your stay. Ahmed at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay even more pleasant. keep it up with your beautiful concept of peace and connect with nature cause you are winning . we only wish we could stay longer but we will definitely come back next time we chooce to stay in Marsa alam . thank you so much.
this property it’s perfect !

Highlights: - beautiful reef: just 5 minutes away from the lodge. Here you can find: eagle spotted stingray, blue-spotted sting ray, turtles, moray eels, barracudas, and all the colorful fish from the Red Sea. - service: the staff was really kind and professional. Ahmed (admin) made sure we had everything we needed. - food: high variety of high quality Egyptian food - tour offers: all the excursions were well organized.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Let's start with the secluded location in the middle of the desert this is a must-see. The place is surrounded by desert beauty in its finest form. It is so calm and intriguing. I believe it could be suitable for the filming location. The building is really a piece of art. And the surrounding nature is a true beauty that is not easily found. I would recommend a movie night on a big screen near the place. may be old movies that would be a great add. Also, the beach water is so good. The food is fantastic. You will find a variety of Egyptian dishes. I wish they included beverages for each meal. The staff was so friendly especially Mr.Qabeel. This place is really worth a visit on your trip to Luxor and Aswan you should stop here for a couple of days to conclude your experience with the Sahara beauty mixed with gorgeous beaches. This visit will make you able completely remove yourself from any worries during your stay.
Maybe just the fact that beverages are not included in meals. I also wish local snacks were provided at a reasonable price.

If you look for Hotel club activities such as dancing, team sport, team games, evening show, this Hotel is not for you. Wadi Sabarah is a paradise of calm, relax and quietness. The staff is highly professional and caring. In the reception: Hassan and bar and restaurant Nabil the Manager and his team Sharif, Mohammed are doing a fantastic job, smiley and professional. Food is good and various, seated, no buffet so that you eat what you need no more and if you want extra you ask and you get it. Bedrooms are clean, most or all of them wit sea view. The reef is superb. What else?
Maybe missing a cosy area next to the bar where you can enjoy a drink.

Never been in a hotel which matched all our necessities like Wadi Sabarah. It's VERY quiet, it's very modern and excellently designed, the cuisine is authentic, fresh and very very tasty. Comfortable beds, good shower products, mosquito nets in rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly. If you look for a place, where you can truly relax and forget about the world but enjoy the nature, you won't find anything better! Entertainment: excursions into the desert, great diving centre on site and a healthy house reef to explore on your own, every evening there's an interesting presentation about marine life and a beautiful library (there's no animation and we are extremely happy about it)
The internet is not perfectly working but it seems to be a common Egyptian problem

I really appreciate the luxurious minimalism this resort offers. It doesn't offer too many bells and whistles that no one needs—rather, it's quiet, relaxing, and offers good food and service in its restaurant. The food really was tasty (having read the reviews on this site I wasn't sure how that would go)—basically interpretations of classic Egyptian food done slightly better. Service was good, beds and properly were clean and comfortable. Most of all it was quiet, a good place to relax and meditate. Had an excellent massage with Rasha and an interesting tour of El Quseir with my new buddy Ali Youssef.
For taxi rides and excursions, I would shop around with some other local travel agencies before accepting the higher prices advertised at the front desk.

Wonderful quiet hotel with wonderful helpful staff. The food is all fresh and natural - super healthy. Our Junior Suite was huge, comfortable and so much better than expected. We loved the combination of modern architecture and natural stone throughout. The hotel is quiet and isolated - just what we wanted and better than the busy resorts in Hurghada. We also loved the cosy library and all the books! The Emporer Dive Centre attached to the hotel is the most professional I have seen in Egypt. Great diving trips and we also booked an all day desert trek with them which we loved - David was a great guide for this and was great company for the whole day. Ahmed Al-Negar is a great guy and looks after all the non-diving activites there. The whole place felt like home and we will be back. Special shouts to Hassan on the front desk and all the wonderful restaurant team - Mina, Sherif, Kalhy, Nabil and all the others who went above and beyond to accommodate our vegetarian / pescatarian diets. Breakfast and lunch are fully veggie anyway, so this worked fine for us. We came away feeling relaxed and really healthy as no junk food here!
This place is a little isolated so you need a car or taxi to go anywhere, but we knew this and it wasn't a problem for us.

Wadi sabarah sticks out of the multitudes of resorts in the same area as a beautiful building offering a more genuine experience of Egyptian traditions coded for luxury guests which are looking for a calm holiday away from the din of kids, families and animations. Rooms are generous and very clean. With a stunning view either of the sea, the pool, the surrounding gardens and rocks. We had a comfortable stay, carefully followed by the staff and served three delicious meals a day . There is a museum in the hotel with traditional garments and a charming library with antiques and books available for the guests.
When looking for beaches, transports to other locations need to be arranged with the reception and done by taxy/van, maybe there was a bus but we didn’t look into it. During the month of February we had windy days, a warm outfit in the suitcase is a must.

Beatiful hotel for people who look for peace and tranquility. - Architecture is amazing - ecologically integrated in the landscape - rooms spacious with beautiful views - the food is very good, fresh and healthy and with a personal touch (thank god no buffets), the wine is good - great reef for diving and snorkeling, stunning nature for hikes in the desert - price/quality excellent - staf is very friendly and super service minded (reception, restaurant, hotelmanager, drivers, guides) - the cleaning is next level
- there could be more variation in the music in the restaurant ( sometimes 3 days same music) - more choice of deserts would be nice - the entrance of the hotel when you drive in could be more tidy, with the works going on, once you enter the hotel everything is 10/10 - the excursions of Emperor adventure are a bit overpriced en are not as described in the brochure/website, but still worth wile and great experience with passionate en friendly guides

This is a very nice hotel. I stayed for 4 nights and would definitely go back again. The staff were really helpful before and during my stay, giving recommendations for the rest of my trip, changing my room to one with a sea view, fetching me yoga mats, checking weather conditions for snorkelling etc. The Red Sea presentations given each evening by Sonja were exceptional and really make me enjoy scuba diving even more now I know more about the fish behaviour. Omar and Khalif at reception were so warm and friendly - very reassuring and nice as a lone female traveller. The food is tasty, although you only get a choice from a very small menu at breakfast - on full board for lunch and dinner, you don’t get to choose what to eat, although lots of little dishes are served which is nice. The house reef is pretty healthy with lots of fish. Unfortunately it was very windy most days so snorkelling wasn’t recommended (the on-site dive operator puts a flag out to indicate whether snorkelling is ok each day), though I did go once and it was still totally do-able, if a little rough. The dive centre are helpful and friendly, but you must book before noon if you want to go on any trips the following day which caught me out.
The bathroom drains smelled of sewage which is maybe due to the hot weather. A can of coke is €3 which seems expensive even for Egypt. Dessert at dinner was pretty limited - just a piece of fruit (just grapes or an apple) or a small biscuit. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but when on holiday I would have appreciated a bit more. But these small things did not detract from what was a very nice stay.
