I'm currently on vacation with my family, and the hotel is quite nice. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the beach is wonderful, especially with its sandy shore and a free snorkeling area. The food is decent, though it could use more variety; however, it tastes great. **Location:** Amazing. **Hospitality:** Exceptional, particularly from Mr. Ahmed (Hotel Manager). A special thanks to the staff, especially Mr. Haikal from the food and beverage team also the animation team is very friendly and professional. The rooms in groups other than luxury groups 1 and 2 are adequate, but they could be improved with better lighting and larger TVs. **Conclusion:** We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return many times!

WiFi available only in the lobby with extra charges. Snacks bars are only 3 , one inside lobby, and only one covering all pools area, and one at the beach this one was very good (food and drinks) The snacks times were short alittel bit. Launch time only 2 hours, not good compared to 3 hours breakfast and dinner. It would be great to make some lifejackets available on beach either for rent or for free to make the snorkeling experience much better.

Very friendly and helpful staff Food was actually pretty good with wide variety. Please try the local food that is served. It is really tasteful! Rooms were kept tidy.

Overall the place is pretty old compared to what is currently build. It needs a good update. The local currency EGP is not accepted to pay for trips, taxis or tips. Instead they expect euro’s and you to bring lots of them.

The stay was amazing and the restaurant food was awesome especially chef Ziad Ali who does the pasta. Also Mr. Sayed Hamada in the reception is one of the best staff in the hotel with his continuous smile and warm welcoming. Also the housekeeping was very good especially Ahmed. When a problem happened in the hotel with an electricity shutdown, the hotel general manager Mr. Ahmed Eraky intervened to solve the issue immediately. Also the man who helps in organizing the way from the hotel to the sea on the other side of the road was very helpful and did his job greatly.

The Food wasn't the best but it's okay... Some of the staff were very aggressive with the Egyptian guest but big thanks to Mr .gamal front desk manager he solved the issues so quickly

My wife and I have stayed here a few times now and absolutely love staying at aurora bay marsa alam, the staff treat us more like family now rather than guests. We find all staff and management will and go out of their way to make our stay so excellent. The food is really good and there is always something for everyone. The grounds are kept really tidy, plus you don't get harassed when you go and look around in the shops on site which is always a bonus. The beach is only a very short walk to get to which is absolutely beautiful and again is always kept spotlessly clean, you can get drinks during the day from the beach bar and lunch at designated times, when on the beach don't forget to bring a mask and snorkel because the reef in the bay is so beautiful and not to be missed. And if you want to explore it even more then go scuba diving with ducks diving on the other side of the bay and they will sort you out and get you under the water to explore, my wife and I can't wait to get back and visit everyone at aurora bay real soon.

Food Quality: The food is excellent, especially the pastries and pizza. The chef responsible is one of the best in Marsa Alam. The pasta chef is also outstanding. Pool Service: Hesham, the staff member at the pool, is very polite and provides excellent service. Security: The security staff are cooperative and deserve appreciation. Management: The hotel manager and the executive chef are doing a great job and deserve recognition. Bar Service: Good overall – rated 7/10. Reception: Acceptable service – rated 7/10. Facility Notes: Rooms: Air conditioning works but is not at the best performance level. Beach: The beach is rocky and suitable only for snorkeling. However, there are sandy beaches nearby that are more suitable for swimming and snorkeling.

Negatives: To reach the beach, guests must cross a public road, which may be inconvenient for some. However, there is a dedicated, professional staff member available to assist guests in crossing safely.

My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight, exceeding all expectations and leaving me with a truly beautiful and heartfelt experience, From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. We especially want to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Mohamed helal, whose kindness and helpfulness significantly enhanced our stay. His genuine care and willingness to assist with every request made us feel truly valued and welcomed. It is individuals like Mr. Mohamed who elevate a good hotel to an exceptional one, and we are deeply thankful for his contributions to our memorable visit.

The resort is beautiful and also the rooms are good and big. The breakfast is really good and with huge choice

If you don't like the All Inclusive formula and reserve bed &breakfast as we did, is really difficult to get something to eat. The restaurant is not organised for this. The restaurant is full of people who go eating all together (almost all Italians with the All inclusive plan) , noisy and too hot. Air conditioning didn't work in the restaurant nor in the reception and they don't put fans. The beach is nothing special, really disappointing. In the room, the air conditioning of the living was not working.

Breakfast buffet. All the pastries and desserts. The pool side areas and gardens. The beach. The special beach party run by an entertainment company (Thunder Entertainment) and the friendly animation team.

The slightly limited food choices at lunch and dinner (main courses were pasta or casserole type dishes). Wifi was extra. Would have liked it free in reception area to check emails. No milk for tea or coffee in the room but could be supplied by requesting at the bar (it's an English thing and most guests were of other nationalities)
