No breakfast, staff good, excellent maintenance man named Adam always so helpful and happy to do anything. He goes Above and beyond.

The people in the room above mine like to thump around at 4am. Stupid.

The staff here are ALWAYS kind & helpful. The location is far enough from the highway to be quiet but close to everything one might need. We have to accommodate food allergies, so a kitchen with a regular sized refrigerator is a must. This place has it! Also, hubby has swelling issues, and My Place has a recliner, which is comfy for him while relaxing. Having access to hot water at the coffee center is great for us tea drinkers.

1. Tip: The window blind doesn't completely darken the room. If you are light sensitive, we have stayed here more than once and packed along something to block the light from the security lights, which are totally necessary for the parking lot. 2. Tip: There are no pots, pans, plates, or silverware in the rooms since the lockdowns. We pack disposables and microwave precooked meals or eat sandwiches. 3. We were supposed to have grab bars in the tub in our reserved room, but there weren't any.

Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The laundry facilities were very clean and much appreciated. It was located near a lot of eating establishments. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I will definitely stay at a My Place hotel again…but next time it will be on the top floor. We heard heavy footsteps late at night. Also, it would be nice to have a few pieces of silverware and a pot to cook in.

The check-in was easy and smooth. The room was a little larger than I expected. The staff was pleasant to talk to.

There were a lot of workers from out of town who were staying there as what seemed like an extended stay. They were nice enough, but you could hear a lot of noise from TVs, people moving in the halls and dogs occasionally. I think the walls were thinly insulated.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in and the desk clerk offered us to become members so that we could have early check in and late check out at no additional cost. When we walked into the room we had no idea it had a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. There was dish soap, kitchen towels and paper towels. We were blown away with how clean everything was. The bed was extremely comfortable and there is even a recliner chair. The roll out table was great too. So many little details of the room made it so nice. The staff was extremely nice. Very happy and will stay there again. The price was amazing! Even have outside grills and an ice maker in your room.

Only issue was someone checked out and the staff must have entered our room by mistake. We didn’t know and our key cards were deactivated. So when we got back to our room our cards wouldn’t work. Then when we got back in the cleaning staff tried to enter because their list of rooms to clean showed we had checked out. It’s all good.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I ever stayed at. it come with a small kitchen also. The bathroom was spotless! The only thing is they did not have a breakfast, but, they have this thing called breakfast in bed, where they will bring you anything on a menu anytime of the day Would definitely come back. With taxes and fees was $87. She

Nice large room with a comfy bed, good TV and strong wifi. The bathroom was very nice. The staff were very friendly. The location was convenient. The desk and chair were large and comfortable.

Once in a while I could hear people walking around in the room above. The pillows were just ok for me.

My 6 day stay was great! Clean rooms, nice big fridge, cooktop, excellent customer service and very friendly staff, laundry facilities. My only dislike was the bed was a little on the hard side but I guess that a softer bed is just a preference thing!

The brightness of the room . Visibility to surrounding area.I have mobility issues the room was very accommodating to those issues

Noise issues a little not excessive . Stayed for 4 nights . Smell of weed in common areas such as hall way & elevator

I loved the r fact that it had home-style appliances, and the recliner was a very nice touch! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shower had amazing water pressure!

We were not impressed to find there was no continental breakfast, but ate nearby.
