I liked that the staff were very kind. The night guy at that booked me in was able to answer all my questions and he even gave me a booklet. The staff that cleans gave me a much-needed toothpaste bottle that I forgot to pack. and the cooking/cleaning staff was kind in the morning during breakfast.

The location was behind Lowes, with no other way to get to the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy, sausages, OJ Scrambled eggs, jam, muffins, fruit......great spread.

Installed height of Soap, shampoo and lotion dispenser in the shower. Does not cater for shorter people. I am 5' 3" and unable to use! Kids even mid teens could not reach. Also inconvenient location for those items by sink.

Breakfast was good. We like it early and with many choices. It had that.

We like to relax in a hot tub in the pool area. We understand that you used to have that. I think you should bring that back. A sauna or steam bath would be really pleasing. The room itself was great well laid out , adequately stocked with towels and soap.. The beds were comfortable and the temperature of.,m the room was quite good.

The setting up of the room was nice. Nice and quiet. Shower was very relaxing & hot. Room was very comfortable.

Would have liked more towels. They were thin needed to use 2. Bed sheets had a stain. Other than that the stay was great.

very friendly and helpful staff, a special thanks to the evening shift desk clerk when we checked in.

Comfortable, good breakfast

Smokers (including staff members) at the entrances and exits. A smoke free property should include parking lots also.

Breakfast was good. Grounds in coffee, but staff corrected next morning. Variety was good.

Pancake maker was not working on second morning. Staff worked on it. There were several large holes in parking lot that were 10’ x 8’ and more than 6” deep. Could have damaged a car at night if one drove into them. Water was not very hot in bathroom.

The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were attentive and friendly.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night twice.

The bed was amazing. Slept like a baby.

The shower looked like it had mold or dirt where the shower wall and the shower pan met

The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom seemed clean.

There was a powder of some sort all over the second bed. I slept in the 1st bed and stayed away from it. The air conditioner was a little loud.
