Freshly remolded with new beds and couches in King Suite. Was a pleasant surprise for the price paid. A hot breakfast was more than I expected to see. Breakfast hostess was kind and brought our hot refills.

There is a major disconnect between the front desk day shift and evening shift. Long story short, I had to stop by each day and have them re-swipe my credit card for incidentals. I was told this happens a lot when using booking.com. I have never had that problem with any other stays using booking.com.

The location was very easy to get to. We make this trip twice a year. This is the first time we stayed at this hotel. We were very happy with the size of the room and bathroom. The bed was heaven.

The carpet had a couple of nasty stains in the room we occupied. The desk in the room was missing the edge trim. The refrigerator temp control was broken.

The options for breakfast were sucky. There was no milk out for cereal, didn't have enough waffle mix, ran out of special hot foods in an hour

The cleaning staff pounding on the doors around my room so loud so early in the morning. I was on the first floor and it was very loud when the cleaning staff started

The breakfast was good. Not as many choices as I'd anticipated but clean and well maintained.

The main reason for picking this hotel was the indoor pool, which was closed that evening. Since we were only staying 1 night it wasn't an option for use. I wasn't real pleased with that

Didn't like the fact that they don't empty the trash daily had to go buy trash bags and toilet paper because they only gave one roll

The large bath towels, breakfast options, having a microwave & mini frig in the room. Staff was polite and helpful (even though they were super busy!). Coffee and juice were available around the clock. Decent location as there was several places (stores, restaurants, fuel station) in walking distance.

There was animal hair on the bed skirt and top linen on the bed. Needs some updates and deep cleaning (shower stall floor). Flooring around the pool is a major accident waiting to happen! It was super slippery, even when walking slow and cautiously!! Multiple kids slipped and fell.

Breakfast was excellent. Disappointed the hot tub is gone. Stayed here the last several years during Murifield Golf tournament and also golfed. We looked forward to using the hot tub. Will check to see if someone else in the area or even up north before we get to Marysville has a hot tub.

I thought $20 a night was a bit to much to charge for a small trained and certified specials needs dog.
