There was no inconvenience while all stff were very friendly.It is perfect hotel for travelers because many convenience facilities and many resruarants around. The faility was a bit old, but there was no incovience in using it. I will come back this hotel next time.

It is very refreshing to have a pool and to be so close- in walking distance- from the foody streets ! The roomservice and the staff were nice and very helpful. You have water dispenser.

Some people were very disrespectful, shouting in the swimming pool around 2am, and they continue even though we asked them to stop. They were probably drunk and nothing has been done however. The room was okay, but it might need a bit of refreshment for the price. I would recommande the place though !

The room is very spacious and comfortable, the pool looked clean, the balcony is regularly clean and the staffs are friendly. The location is perfect for us, 3 mins walking to the famous gelato shop and 7 mins driving to the famous satay restaurant, however the traffic is quite bad to get to the city center.

Some of the furnitures need to be updated, but i do love the antique wood design of the furnitures. I don't like the blanket.

For 3 people the room was a bit small, we had one extra matras on the floor

The room is spacious. Request extra bed and it was smooth as expected. There is a pool and you can request additional tea and/or coffee if it's available to staff. Overall comfortable and very good hospitality

It was only our room paid including breakfast, it is mandatory to tell the customer to be served into our room before morning

Beautiful grounds and a balcony to look over the garden and pool. Clean rooms with good room service. Lots of quiet areas to relax from the busy road outside. Near to a great choice of restaurants outside.

Thé personal was very lovely and helpful. very good location and nice swimming pool too relax and refresh after tours to Borobudur and Prambanan

It was a family staycation. I liked the large rooms, bathtub, and quite comfy bed. Many rooms were vacant, so it was nice & quiet. Enjoyed the kids pool with my son.

Old furniture. Despite being old they were all high quality teak wood. Mattress and pillows should be renewed. Install brighter lights.
