Loved the Spa and pools in the caves, happily spent several hours each day in there, outdoor pool was also lovely. Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast selection was very good. We had our anniversary dinner in the restaurant and the staff really looked after us, Steak was amazing and the cake for our anniversary was a lovely finish. Nice views and sunsets from the upper floor of the bar area. Easy access to beach. Room was a good size, loved the walk in shower, nice balcony with view of the garden and sun in the morning.

Bed was very hard. It was quite expensive to stay and the restaurant prices were a little high. Beach bar/restaurant was not open much. Selection of choices for a light lunch rather than full dinner a bit limited.

Location excellent with beautiful beach setting and restaurant. Beach towel, chair umbrellas etc included in room rate. Easy access to local wineries and other destinations in Tuscany. Staff were all excellent housekeeping, porters bar and restaurant staff were all very good and friendly. Reception staff and management were exceptional, very helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel itself is stylish and modern with nice artistic touches and quality feel. Spa was brilliant and the pools very relaxing. Good air conditioning in bedroom. Good gym facilities and outdoor pool. Plenty of parking space. Safe and secure. Beach dinner on Saturday night was excellent, imaginative fish dishes paired with some quality local wines. Food very good, especially beach restaurant at which we ate on several occasions.

Dinner menu was a bit obscure and quite expensive which meant we ate out in various restaurants in the marina area at night.

The resort was perfectly located in town on the beach and near the wineries. The staff was excellent and helpful in all cases. Our room had a view of the sea and was fabulous and the spa was exceptional and beyond our expectations. I have recommended my friends who are coming so to this place.

Our bedroom and the twice a day cleaning. The private beach and having your own sunbeds and towels etc. The breakfast was really good, good choice (but not the service). Reception staff were very helpful.

Generally the service and reception staff were extremely good. However, the Breakfast staff were very inefficient and when ordering food or coffee took a long time to come even if you came to breakfast at 8 am as we usually did. Also tables were not cleared quick enough. The swimming pool the wooden platform around the pool area was unstable, rubbish and food were not cleared on a daily basis, not very hygienic. We never saw the Manager of the breakfast room keeping a check only when one of our friends complained.

I’ve been to many spa’s around the world and this one was one of the nicest and most relaxing i’ve seen. The underwater music pool was by far our favourite. The surprise birthday cake sent to our room was a great touch! 5 star service from the staff.

Sadly we couldn’t bring our daughter into the spa with us. (understandably) She was too young but the staff were very accommodating to make sure we could still use all the facility’s. Just wish there was something on the booking.com ad disclosing age limits. We had dinner at the restaurant. Food was fantastic the setting was a bit too fancy for our liking. We felt a bit out of place it was definitely fine dining. Great if that’s your thing but we felt it was a bit too fancy and it was missing a bit of warmth from the staff

Spa facilities are excellent, and the staff are great and couldn't do enough for you. It also has private beach area with restaurant and toilets which is a very short walk from the hotel. The restaurant is quite pricey, but the food is excellent. All round an excellent place for a couple of days.

Amazing, such a great property and amazing facilities. Everything is at your finger tips. So dog friendly!!!! Beautiful beach! Amazing breakfast and food overall. Such kind staff. Can’t wait to be back

Nothing, all was amazing

Perfect location, with a beautiful private beach and fantastic services both in and out of the hotel. You will have the best times in the Talasso spa and pools, lovely little gem on the Tuscan coast. All the staff were very helpful, supportive and understanding to any of our needs .

The property is really good, the cave is amazing it's once in a life experience also the beach is good.

The service is really bad on top of that they don't understand english well. I ordered vegan food and had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes after that I was served meat even on that server wasn't apologetic and behaved as it was my mistake. The staff is rude. Also they gave me a wrong room, as I had booked junior suite with garden view, they gave us some old room with view of parking(worst possible view) and told that the garden view room isn't available in my room category and wanted us to pay extra for the upgraded room category. When we denied to pay extra money and after wasting our time they suddenly found the room we booked out of nowhere.
