Very peaceful and the staff were all excellent, warm and friendly and super helpful with eating recommendations and bookings. An oasis in the countryside with beautiful gardens. Spa looks good although we didn’t use it.

The pool is in serious need of refurbishing, paint peeling, walls cracked and green algae stains all around. There are no showers by the pool so the water is a little cloudy. The sun beds are large fixed variety and not adjustable so not the most comfortable and you constantly have to re position the sun shades . Housekeeping was minimal. A point to note there are no lifts and lots of steps and lots of gravel paths so if you have large or heavy suitcases it can be a challenge.

The breakfast could have more choices of fresh fruit and better sewlection of cheeses etc.

Thre is a lack of railings at the Pietra. Fore example we were staying in 107 which has a fairly long staircase but there are no railings to hold on too. This also applies to the spa where you get in and out of the hydro pool. also stairs by the pool going down to the lower level,etc. One needs to have a look around and inatall where necessary. This is basically a cuase for safety of guests especially of a certain age.

Loved nearly everything about this place. Great staff, communal feel, breakfast had good variety. I had a massage here - it was lovely. Rooms were very clean and the curtains were blackout - so you could sleep in if you wanted to. It is styled as an old farm house and the restoration is beautifully done.

They don't serve dinner here and other places are a bit of a drive, not really walking distance. The pool needs to be looked at, as the lining is peeling in parts.

Very comfortable, secluded and peaceful hotel. Allows you to break away from the rest of the world - the only sounds you hear are the birds chirping and leaves rustling in the wind. On site restaurant is good, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We will be back for sure :)

Very minor issue, but the pool needs re-plastering and maintenance work. Otherwise the upkeep of the hotel is very good.

Great location for a relaxing stay and lovely spa facilities and pool. We had to change dates which was dealt with very easily and booked a fantastic massage. au lovely stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

Wasn’t given any instructions for Wi-Fi code or anything and didn’t work in room. . Unfortunately would have loved to have switched off completely but had important issues that needed dealing with!

The property is very clean and well-kept with lots of greenery and palm trees. All you can hear are the birds, but no cars or other noise. The design is simple, but elegant with nice Mediterranean elements. There is a nice smell in all indoor areas. There is a large pool with a view of the surrounding fields. Sunbeds are located with a good distance between each other that give privacy and peace. Since we stayed before high season, there were only very few guests, but the staff made sure we still had a good selection of breakfast items. Parking is available right outside the property and from here you can each the surrounding cities within 20-30 minutes. Porto di Pozzallo is only 15mins away.

In a beautiful location with the best staff to enjoy your stay. Breakfast is full of organic and Sicilian-made product with a big variety of food. Deluxe room has all the comfort we need and 10/10 clean.
