The staff were absolutely amazing, all of them. Friendly, helpful, and approachable. They definitely were the highlight of our stay. The facilities were also amazing, games room, the pools, loved it! Will not stay anywhere else in the future when travelling with the kids!

I would recommend paying a little extra for the top level units. We stayed through a week of rain and could definitely smell mould in the bedroom, some even appeared on the bathroom door. To be fair we kind of expected it being so warm and wet, wasn't enough for us to be upset/concerned. After speaking to many guests, we paid way too much. RACV actually have really good deals on holidays when booking in advance. Booking.com i could have sworn breakfast was included but when we arrived it wasnt in the system, another guest said they experienced the same prior because they didn't check a box. I'd recommend either booking directly with RACV when they have their deals or being vigilant when booking through here.

This place is perfect for families with young children. A range a swimming pools on offer complete with waterslides, paddle pool, a sand pool as well as an indoor games room with a range of arcade games you can play for free. Landscaping is lovely and room service quick. You can walk up to Noosa Junction or take the shuttle bus to either Noosa Junction or Hastings Street which leaves every 30 minutes from reception. Breakfast buffet is average, although there were so many amazing dining options around Noosa that we often went out to eat. I also noticed people using BBQs at their apartments which appeared to be on offer from the hotel.

Racv noosa is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are lovely and clean, the service and friendliness of the staff exceeded expectations, and the facilities at the resort are wonderful. Even providing life jackets for little kids to use the water slide is a real bonus when you are a nervous parent waiting at the bottom (and the water is slightly out of your depth). The food there was also really great. The staff were always wonderful with kids. Also we had an issue with our screen door locking itself and the maintenance guys came over and fixed it straight away. They were wonderful honestly. The level of service here is very very good. The shuttle going into town every 30mins was also great. The breakfast buffet in the morning was wonderful, lots of different options to suit everyone, and all the meals had at the restaurant were fantastic.

The only thing I would say was a disadvantage of the place was the bar fridge. For an apartment with cooking facilities (1 bedroom), the bar fridge was not really adequate - it kept turning on and off and we really had to cook food straight away. Not the biggest issue but something to be aware of. Possibly putting some better fridges in these apartments would work better but space to put it could be an issue.

Family friendly resort. Apartment was large, clean and practical. Awesome pool facilities such as little pool, sand pool, watersides, sprinklers, regular pool and spa. Indoor games area and soft play equipment. Small playground onsite. All staff were friendly and always smiling and happy to help. Food at Dazzas was delicious!

The front door of the apartment was very easy to open for our toddler. A door chain or higher lock would have been good for peace of mind. The oven had a strong chemical smell when turned on so we couldn’t use it. This could have been from lack of use.

The location, facilities were great. We also appreciate being given a private, quiet apartment at the edge of the property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Heated pool was fantastic. Shuttle bus service was very convenient.

Parking was not readily available right outside our property. A bit of walk from where we could find park to our property which is not always convenient with young children and luggages. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety but quality wasn't great - scrambled eggs, omelettes were too watery, pastries were stale. Sausages not the best quality either.

The perfect destination for a family holiday - friendly, Clean, comfortable and with a wonderful pool that our kids were happy playing in all day! While we’ve heard good things about the restaurant we like to self cater on holiday - there was a well equipped kitchen in our apartment and excellent supermarkets and a Sunday farmers market nearby. There’s a shuttle bus to Hastings Street every half hour which was awesome for avoiding parking hassles when we went to the beach / shops.

Ideally if staying here you’d want to have a car (which we did) to make it easy to get around.

Excellent pool facility for kids, bus to Hastings St was helpful as there is minimal parking at the beach. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Even with the bus the distance from the beach was challenging with the lack of parking, going to the beach early morning or for a meal was outside of the bus hours. Our 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in for 5 nights received zero servicing, we were told 1 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms got daily servicing but not 2 bedrooms, which was so disappointing given how expensive this resort is. We had to follow up multiple times to request one towel change during our stay. In our opinion this really let down the property.

The resort is very well kept. The balcony faced trees and bushes, very calming and relaxing. We had several lunches and dinners in the Restaurant and the quality and presentation was excellent. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There is a free shuttle bus every half an hour which takes you to Hastings Street. Very convenient. We had a great 4 day break.

The only thing that was frustrating, was the lack of good internet. On the mobile phone one could only get 1 bar and the TV was always buffering.

The horrible condescending call I received in the morning to say we were running late for check-out, which I was aware of. The staff called and asked needlessly because they would already have the information at hand, whether we had organised late check-out, which we hadn’t. Despite this, we were making efforts to vacate the unit. The attitude from the staff member first thing in the morning was horrendous and actually made me feel sick to the stomach to have someone speak to me in that tone and with such condemnation. Bear in mind I had paid over $1000 for less than a 24hr stay. At the end of the day, I appreciated the Manager agreeing to reduce the minimum two-night stay to make allowance for us to stay just one night, which was greatly appreciated.

Very comfortable and convenient. Staff were excellent and the shuttle useful to avoid weekend traffic into Hastings St & the beach/National Park.. The breakfast team and the breakfast itself was fantastic as was the restaurant food in general. The rooftop spa was lovely & the Kids really enjoyed the games room along with the basketball/tennis court when it wasn't booked.

Nothing wasn't liked. Kids had fun, staff were great, plenty of room and some good facilities for rainy days. If it was closer to the beach, it would be an incredible place to stay.
