staff, staff and staff (especially Mannoe (I hope I remember and spell correctly). We had many challenges and the reception and technical staff were on it 24/7. Impressive. The hotel is located well, the restaurant, bar, pool all are with amazing views and relaxation is promised. The restaurant has excellent food, breakfast is sufficient. The pool has both beds and shade which allows you to spend the day around it. The spa ladies are welcoming and offer a variety of treatments

There were some technical problems, but all sorted in a timely manner There is limited (food/drink) service by the pool, which is a shame The terraces of the rooms are really poorly maintained, growing weeds, broken tiles - its a shame, as these are great assets to the room.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is stunning (especially if you have a car), and the grounds are peaceful and well-kept. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and had a large terrace with amazing views. Breakfast had a wide variety and was excellent in quality. The pool area was quiet and never crowded, perfect for relaxing. The spa was also great — well-organized with daily one-hour bookings that kept it calm. We loved our couples massage and the Nuxe products throughout. Staff were warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. We’d definitely return.

The lack of choice and variety for dinner and room service, especially for vegetarians, but there are lots of places to eat with a 15 minute drive. Unable to eat and drink around the pool.

Fully renovated , spacious room with comfortable bed and nice view from the balcony to the pool and environment around. Breakfast is ok with a fair choice of fruits breads and other.

We arrived after an hour drive much earlier than our check in as we had a massage booked at the spa. We were very thirsty but there was no welcoming water. We were told to wait in the bar as someone would come but there was no one there table was with crumbles from previous guests and so was the floor. We head down to the spa still thrust 20’ after.

Beautiful, quiet location away from the crowds of Sarlat. Near the Dordogne river bank and easy to go for a swim at Vitrac port.

The rooms are dog friendly, but the restaurants are not , even outside on the terrace. We could not eat at the restaurant, as we couldn’t leave our dog in the room. The area outside Villa Louise was muddy and dusty and wasn’t cleaned during our stay. The rooms are beautiful though , as is the swimming pool and gardens.

Beautiful location in the Dordogne countryside. Attractive complex with French country character. The staff throughout the facility were superb. Very good breakfast in a lovely sunny room. Beautiful outdoor pool and relaxing indoor pool. Comfortable bar space with adjoining terrace with fabulous view. Spacious room and, in our case, adjoining outdoor terrace with table and seating, close to the pool.

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. There are tiny details that are a little rough around the edges -- not fully up to 5-star expectations. But, all in all, a successful stay.

Very large property in a superb garden. We adored it. The design, the amazing buffet breakfast, the incredible PANORAMA VIEW, the very kind and helpful staff, the overall peaceful atmosphere We were so lucky to receive the contact of a wonderful chiropractor in a nearby town: this professional really saved our holidays by fixing a recent back problem - THANK YOU SO MUCH Mme Glwadys ( kind staff in the breakfast area) We loved dinner in Wedge: both terraces are really nice We will surely come back when in the area

Very beautiful property with beautiful interior design. Food was delicious. Staff great.

The gardens are not as well kept as they should be and it’s such a shame they’ve shut the golf course and driving range. The wine is too expensive. In the area wine is not marked up massively but the hotel does put a big mark up on so what should be a 25/30 euro bottle is 45 euros

Everything about this hotel was fabulous! A beautiful setting with a team that really understand excellent customer service. The room was extremely comfortable and the pool was refreshing and set in lovely gardens. The spa was welcoming and offered exquisite treatments competed by true professionals. The breakfast was delicious with high quality ingredients and a terrace with an exceptional view.

There is nothing to find fault with here!

Great location, if not a little bit isolated from other facilities as the nearest alternative bar/restaurant is about a mile away(although we walked it a couple of times) Rooms were big, bed was comfortable and the balcony was a great place to chill out with a glass of wine. The pool and terrace were fantastic and the Brasserie on site “The Wedge” was a good place for an event meal. Staff were friendly and helpful and everywhere was pristinely clean.

Not a lot really. We didn’t play golf but the course looked good. I’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing suite (Louise 141), room for 4, nice furnishings, nice pool, beautiful views, excellent private outdoor space.

Nice to have a toilet in main floor, but only one sink on second floor. Need to wash hands after using toilet. Also need to fill coffee pot from second floor sink. Full kitchen table, but no way to prepare a snack.
