staff was very kind and available to provide good advices, breakfast buffet was very good, our room was well equipped and very quiet.

the hotel is not right in the center of the city. One must walk 10 to 12 minutes to reach the medieval town of Sarlat. I knew it before booking but this is not a major problem if the weather conditions are OK and if you mind walking a bit

Excellent location for walking into the centre of Sarlat but we were very pleased it was quiet and away from the crowds. Parking was good, a bit tight for a large car but plenty of availability. We enjoyed the breakfast and found the room comfortable with all we needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bar area was a bit dark and seating area outside not very attractive so we went to bars in Sarlat centre.

Lovely friendly staff, very helpful. Hotel was located a leisurely 10 minute walk into the square. Safe free parking was a bonus for us too. Will definitely be staying again.

Excellent free underground parking. Location is about 1km from central Sarlat. A nice little bakery located across the street for inexpensive continental breakfast.

The room and lobby felt like a budget hotel...a step up from a hostel. One hard plastic chair seemed chinzy. Our room also included a "gift" for guests...a brown paper bag with 5 walnuts. Strange.

Central location,made to feel welcome by staff.Great recommendations for restaurants nearby. Safe and secure parking. Sarah,Deborah and others were great asset to this hotel. Our visit was so comfortable that we decided to book another five nights.

Room was of a good size and nicely finished. Prefabricated bathroom pod in corner of room with all that was needed and spotlessly clean. Large secure car park to the rear of hotel. Good location, only 10 minute walk into Sarlat centre

Hotel used by numerous coach parties so particularly busy at breakfast so we ate in Sarlat. Inconsistency in bar prices and staff attitude, same drinks different days, different prices. If you pay at the bar you still have to give your room number. Be prepared for questions at check out over payment.

Excellent choice of hotel! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Location is perfect: less than a 10-minute walk to the old town, and easily accessible from out of town. The rooms were very roomy and clean. Breakfast was plenty and tasty! We definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again if we come back to Sarlat.

We wanted a kettle in our room but were denied. We could only get a cup of tea from reception at €2.5. We were staying 3 nights, I think they could have offered us a kettle in the room.
