Loved staying here so much!! Perfect value for money, the receptionists were so helpful at check-in and also when I needed an iron - they went above and beyond. My room was the perfect size, bed really really comfortable, it was cleaned SO well every day and 2 waters in the fridge replaced every day. Just felt very looked after, and a very relaxing, easy-going place to stay. It’s also in the best location near to everything and such a lovely town. Would 100% stay again, thank you :)

When I checked in on my first day you can’t actually enter the building until check in time which I’m not used to but does make sense and someone did come to the door and they stored my bag which was helpful!

Good location near the centre of Sarlat La Canada. Check in was easy and the room was a good size and clean. WiFi and air conditioning worked well and breakfast was good. Free parking available in a car park about 5 minutes away, or you can pay for the one opposite.

Location - 3 minutes from historic town centre on main road. Oldworld charm. Spacious bathroom. Tea/coffee making facility in room.

Took several attempts to be issued with a keycard that would work on front door afterhours, The first night we were lucky that another guest returning at same time let us in - as our card wouldn't work and we had not taken our phone with us so could not phone for help.

The location is in the city. Few mins walk from the train station and about 5 mins walk to the city center. The room is clean and pleasant. We also got a free upgrade of the room which is very nice and the staffs were really kind and accommodating.

I think there is no lift. Good thing we only got a small luggage.

Hotel was in s great location. Very cute and very clean

The woman that was at the front desk wasn't very nice (honestly pretty rude). My son saw her arguing with other customers, and her attitude towards me and my family was very sarcastic. I would have given the property a 10 instead of an 8 if this particular person was nice.

Great hotel in a great location. It's a 2 minute walk to the medieval centre. Room very clean and modern. Well equipped with aircon, fridge, safe, kettle and hairdryer. Love the attention to detail like extra pillows in the wardrobe. Very dog friendly. Will definitely stay again when visiting area.

Hotel very close to local attractions of the Medieval town. No free parking, but paid parking available opposite hotel and not expensive. Dogs were welcome.

No lift and quite a long walk to the room, including a couple of flights of stairs. Not easy with luggage and two dogs! Breakfast ended quite early at 09.30am. 10am would have been better.

This location was superb! We were so pleasantly surprised it was so convenient to the old town which is spectacular. We were able to access our caves with ancient paintings very easily from there also. A perfect hotel in a perfect location!

We had a disabled person with us, so not having an elevator was big mistake. I thought I had put that in the filters but apparently not. It worked out OK but was difficult for him.

Fabulous property with beautiful rooms. Ours was really lovely : beams, huge bed with crisp white linen etc Great location for the bridge.

Only one thing but not important in that they don’t open the kitchen on Monday evening. It didn’t matter though as the hotel booked us in a fab restaurant across the road.

The location was good. There was a bike race that started right outside the hotel. It was clean. Staff didn’t speak English but we used Translate to converse.

There was not a bath mat in the shower, shower was slick. Other than that, no complaints.
