The location was perfect for enjoying Sarlat and driving around the region. The staff were very helpful prior to and during our trip. I'm glad we inquired about paid parking, which was well worth 12 Euros at a garage 5-min walk from the hotel. An issue with our shower was quickly resolved with moving us to a new room. The staff allowed us to keep our wine chilled and provided us with wine glasses for a pre-dinner drink. The breakfast was very good and well worth the cost. Breakfast options in the village (especially on Sunday) are limited. A very nice boutique hotel.

I've learned that small hotels come with small bathrooms. Getting around the bathroom could be a challenge, especially for very tall people.

The hotel location is a short walking distance to the old town, tourist attractions, and restaurants/shops. We stayed in the TORNAÂD room for three nights. The room was clean with a big window, which opened up and faced the back of the building that provided us a few peaceful night's sleep. The bed was comfortable enough. The open shelvings, part of the wardrobe, provide a good spot to place some items of clothing/toiletries on it. The updated bathroom/shower had ample room and a big wash basin. If you plan on catching a train, as my husband and I did and ended up walking to the hotel, I suggest pre-book a taxi in advance or contacting the hotel for advice. The front desk/ foyer is very welcoming. All staff were very helpful, friendly and always with a smile.

There was minimal room on the vanity countertop for toiletries. My husband found the Wi-Fi too slow. We also found that the TV volume was restricted to a certain level, and it was difficult to hear.

Perfectly located in Sarlat, we loved our stay! The manager was incredibly helpful with restaurant suggestions and other tips (including where to buy foie gras) for the town. The shower in our room was fantastic and so was the bedroom itself. The hotel is tastefully decorated and, whilst it doesnt have its own car park, one can stop for 30mins in front to unload and the free car park is less than 10mins walk. I was surprised about the number of floors in the hotel as it definitely feels smaller than it probably is - certainly a boutique hotel to return to!

This hotel is very well located, at the edge of the old city. There was street parking out the front for our car, several restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and boulangeries within a 2 minute walk. The room was very spacious and lovely, bathroom was huge and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and Patrick very kindly booked a restaurant for dinner for us. Could not have asked for anything more.

We had a room at the front that looked out onto the street. Although lovely to look at, it was noisy during the night, so we could not leave the window open.

Great location, close to the centre of town. We even found some free parking nearby which is unusual for Sarlat. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to store baggage for a few hours after we checked out. The beds were really comfortable and the room had a blackout curtain so it was nice and dark for sleeping.

Very little storage or hanging space in the room. Hairdryer had apparently been stolen by previous guest, however the staff kindly located one for me.

Boutique hotel with great location in center of Sarlat. Restaurants, shops, and old town nearby. Room was clean and cosy. Good staff.

There was a very busy market in front of the hotel the day we arrived. It made it difficult to access the hotel to check in and get our private parking information so we could park. Would have appreciated the parking location and access code the day ahead as it put us in an awkward situation to begin our stay.

Location, nice room for a 3 star hotel, many 4 star hotels are not as comfortable. Nice staff, great location beside the old town. Parking was arranged nearby in a good, secure parking lot.

Breakfast somewhat limited, albeit adequate. Bread on our second day wasn't fresh, although fresh bread was delivered as we finished breakfast, so maybe a bread delivery was late.

The room was very good. Breakfast was very good, great value for money, very pleasant surroundings to have a start to the day. I would recommend this hotel

A bit of a tight squeeze between the toilet and the wall, but apart from that a good shower, good smelling soap…….

The rooms were a little small although we knew that before we went and we were not disappointed - they offered great value for money

central location , charming , clean , friendly staff , spacious bath with lovely bathtub

unfortunately you hear everything and everyone going up and down the corridor to their rooms - appreciate it’s the type of building with narrow corridors and small rooms and can’t really be helped. Other guests where overall decent and not deliberately noisy.
