Location was underestimated on the details we received prior to arriving. It took us less than 10 minutes to walk into the town center. The room we booked exceeded our expectations and provide loads of space for our cases etc... Both areas Air-conditioned and each with its own balcony. Free street parking was available outside the hotel. Breakfast provided enough for the day if needed. Ludovic, the manager, kindly sent us a text prior to our arrival explaining that the reception would be closed between 12pm and 3pm but provided an entry code if we arrived during that time. Very helpful. 5 stars.

It's slightly to one end of the main street and, amazingly, has free on-street parking and an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of town. We had Room 19 with the large balcony with an outdoor table and chairs; the beds were super-comfy, there was also an easy chair and footstool so I felt we got quite a few 'extras', and I'd give the lovely pool area a 4* rating! Both of the reception staff were incredibly helpful. I was able to borrow an iron and board.

It would have been nice to have more than just the 2 teabags provided on the first day for a 2 -night stay. It would also have been helpful to have a top sheet as the duvet was too hot.

Breakfast was good but too expensive to have every day. The pool area was lovely and appreciated in the heat of the day. The situation was excellent and very close to all the facilities of Sarlat but allowing us a quiet haven to come back to from the crowds. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the air conditioning in the rooms was appreciated!

The bed was a little uncomfortable

The owners and staff are wonderful. Love the balcony rooms, and the location is perfect and a bit away from the more crowded areas. There are several restaurants very close by, along with a Carrefour City, Boulangerie, and tabac.

Very nice location, really close to the city center, with possibility to park for free around the hotel (we were a little lucky in this sense and could always park very close to the hotel). Fairly spacious bedroom with a nice balcony, not the most comfortable bed but still Ok. Really kind staff.
