The facility was very nice, comfortable and convenient. Front desk staff was good. Staff was responsive. Great breakfast and choices. Overall we were happy with the accommodations.

Breakfast staff was NOT attentive to keep up with supply. We had to request coffee refills every day. Sunday, breakfast there were 7 items that were completely empty. When refills were requested, staff were on their phones & chatting, but did provide refills. The empty coffee was an issue for several guests. 2 tables were wobbly, which caused spills. The microwave in our room was not clean and had crumbs from previous use.

Close proximity to Pinnacles NP. Very friendly staff. It has a pool! And it's heated! The breakfast buffet had lots of options. The beds were very comfortable. There were lots of good restaurants nearby.

Some of the days nobody was checking on the breakfast buffet and the orange juice ran out and a maple syrup spill didn't get cleaned up in a timely manner (so the stickiness spread all over the floor and everyone's shoes). I feel that having a staff member that checks on everything frequently during the short breakfast window is low-hanging fruit! The heated pool was awesome, but at 3 pm there were no more towels and I believe another parent went to ask the front desk and they said there just weren't any towels available. Again low-hanging fruit! The water also had wads of hair and a lot of particulates in it, which made me wonder if the filters are working at all. All this being said, we had a really good stay and would come back again!

Very nice hotel. Modern, clean and virtually new. Rooms are large with nice bedding, huge bathrooms with excellent showers and bath products. Pillows were comfortable. TV worked well with all channels available. AC worked great. Decent view of countryside from high floor windows. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was nice and gym was well-stocked. Staff was friendly. Very nice place if you are in the area.

Price was a little high, but probably just due to Renaissance Festival nearby.

The best hotel during our travels across California - huge room, spotless clean, modern amenities. We used all extra facilities - the indoor pool, laundry room and gym, all was new and superb. Complimentary breakfast was a nice start of the day.

Not a very interesting location, but we made a stop there on our way from the north to the south of Californian and we didn't regret it.

Breakfast was great! Perfect location, because we like hiking Pinnacles NP. It is the best hotel we found near the Pinnacles. Jaden who checked us in, did an excellent job explaining everything. The room was clean and very, very comfortable. It was close to shopping and local churches. Excellent, Excellent!

location was good, easy to get in, and out . breakfast was excellent, ran short on the cinnamon buns big hit with everyone!! staff was very helpful also!! all in all very good experience, would highly recommend .

can't think of any thing that stands out, didn't use any of the other facilities so i can't speak for them..

the rooms were a little small

This Holiday Inn is fairly new, less than a year old. It was wonderful - clean, large room, comfortable bed. The shower head was superb and water pressure excellent. Breakfast was also good with many options. Would definitely choose this pace again. Location was better than we hoped for.

I need a small freezer for small ice beds for medicine I travel with. The room had a refrigerator but not a freezer. Fortunately, the staff kept the ice packs in their staff freezer. Shower curtain could be bigger.

We liked everything about this accommodation. The hotel was very clean and well run by a warm and friendly team, with great facilities including pool and fitness room, the beds were very comfortable with really nice linen. Good complimentary breakfast with good choice of offerings.

There was nothing we didn't like about this accommodation.

Very clean hotel and room. Loved the Christmas tree and decorations!!!

The only thing that we didn't enjoy was the thin ceiling and walls. We were abruptly awoken at 6:00a.m. from the loud stomping from the room above us. We were also near the elevator and could hear the beep every time it was in use.
