We stayed in this location since it was in the path of totality for the Solar Eclipse, after our plans to visit New York got scrapped due to the weather forecast. The hotel was nice and very clean. We had food delivered directly to our room, which was great! Everyone we interacted with at the hotel spoke both French and English, which we appreciated as Americans visiting Quebec for the first time. The pool area was also beautiful and the pool and hot tub were very clean.

We didn't find much to do in the town, but probably just because we were there on a Monday and in the off-season. Many local businesses are closed on Mondays.

Lovely restoration of the former Montreal Cotton factory. Location in downtown Valleyfield near the bay allows strolling on the curated waterfront property and gazing across the bay. Lots if bike lanes. King Room had a great view. Sweet little bathroom with nice toiletries. Wonderful restaurant Meraki inside.

A bigger comfy chair to sit would have been our only addition. Our big floor lamp didn’t seem to work but we just moved the plug on the same outlet and it was fine.

Stylish and Modern, good size rooms clean and spacious bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and love the nice views from the rooms. Great coffee in the rooms as well! A hidden gem!

Sadly the restaurant was closed that night. But not hard to find something else close by.

Great location. Very nice decor and overall atmosphere. Staff were very pleasant and patient while I attempted to converse in my rudimentary French.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The restaurant didn't offer plain old meals. The menu was interesting nonetheless but we went out to "Mike's" for French onion soup and spaghetti.

The restaurant was still under renovation but they had excellent breakfast bags to go! Nespresso in our room! Access to a real fitness center (also open to public members) Pool Central Location Thoughtful and tasteful renovation with the modern conveniences included (USB chargers by each bed!)....they have also worked hard to preserve the architecture and display the history of the area. My kids kept saying that this was the nicest hotel!

Resteraunt prices a bit high. It would have been nice to include breakfast in the price. Comforter too thick for summer even with air conditioning

Very nice location and rooms. The staff is super friendly.

The only negative point is that the whole hotel had AC issues, and the rooms were steaming. They transferred me to a room where I could open a window, but it still took close to 8 hours for the room to cool down to 23°C.

Was clean, spacious, well-designed, convenient & close to attractions. the staff were friendly and attentive.

I really liked how clean and modern the rooms were. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city.

Not impressive

This is the second year we have stayed here and still no restaurant. In addition, the hotel does not even tell you there is a sports bar and bar food available. Since we have to wait for family to pick us up, it is inconvenient that we can’t get a breakfast before they pick us up.

Great stay at this hotel. Very clean and new hotel. Free parking right beside the hotel. Dog friendly. Nice restaurant on site. Walking distance to town and marina.

A bit pricy for the dog at $75
