Had to wait for some breakfast items. Would've have lovesd some cooked grits instead of grits in a bowl which needed to add hot water to mix and make.

We were upgraded to a King suite on the third floor because there were no more king beds available upon check in. The suite was nice but being on the third floor we had problems with the water in the sink for the remainder of the stay. Water pressure was very low. Watyer pressure in the shower was fine. Just low water pressure in the bathroom sink.

Comfortable bed. Pool was nice. Due to other guests the breakfast was sub-par (one of the reasons we always stay at La Quinta is for the bountiful breakfasts)

Rooms had a slight odor, hallways were dirty (again, other guests spilling food, drinks, leaving trash in the hallways) No hot water for tea or cereal, low on breakfast items (probably ungrateful guests or someone walking in off the street and taking all the hot food items), food was watery.

I like the hotel overall, and the price was resaonable

The staff wasn't professional at all, the young lady gave me a key to a room that was still being clean, she called me back, to let me know that was the wrong room. 2nd when I returned back to get the correct room, housekeeping ask me to check my new room to see if she left her bottle of windex, WOW and I had my 7yr old grand-daughter with me. 3rd check out day during breakfast I went to the desk to let the staff know that the waffle maker timer wasn't working, I said excuse me too many times while she was on her phone, and she finally answered saying to ask the gentlemen in the kitchen. The gentleman in the kitchen was the only one who worked professionally, and I thank him for a job well done. He asked how we were doing and offered to take our trash.

My stay was awesome! Chanprell, at the front desk, first friendly face I encountered. She was so sweet & such a people person; you can tell she never meets a stranger. We laughed & talked like we'd known eachother for years. The night desk clerk, who's name I didn't get, as well as the house keeping staff, all were so very hospitable. The lobby was so pretty & colorful, though I didn't have time to go enjoy the sitting area. My room was clean, bed comfortable, no noise in the hallway, I slept good. The tv remotes kinda confused me, & Chanprell offered to come up & help me figure them out. I have no complaints. When I go back, I'll stay there again.

It was a good location to a wedding we attended. The breakfast person on the 2nd day was very nice and attentive.

I was quoted a price for the 2nd night that the front desk person didn’t want to honor. She finally did. The breakfast person the first day was grumpy. The treadmills were not functioning. The pool was out of commission when we wanted to use in the first evening.

I love how friendly the staff is I enjoyed the hospitality. I watched how they cleaned the room across the hall and they did really good.

Check out at 11 cause I feel it should be 12pm or at least 1pm. For the not so early morning people but I love that the staff gave me time to get dressed and get myself together.

Clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff, proximity to the location of the reason we traveled there. Nutritious breakfast with variety of foods and drinks.

Wasn’t sure if the thermostat was working correctly in our room? It seemed to only work when the fan was on “high” mode

I was surprised that your breakfast meat was chicken instead of pork. I don't eat pork and had to confirm it was because most places provide pork. Thank you for that.

The only thing I can say is that the room was very clean, but the carpet in the hallway is a little soiled in areas and needs to be cleaned.

I had a small issue but it was taken care of promptly, and I was very satisfied with the way it was handled ! We always stay here, and we will definitely stay here again. Our favorite hotel with our favorite suite!!

I have no complaints! Like I had previously stated, we had a small issue and it was handled promptly and professionally. We will always stay here when I go to visit my son who is stationed at Fort Stewart. Excellent hotel with an excellent staff and upper management.

The staff was friendly and understanding. Even though our rooms weren't ready at the time the staff made sure to stay in contact with us until then The door locks keep reprogramming but the staff made sure the issue was resolved everytime.
