Staff were phenomenal, love how courteous and reserve as Filipino's attitude. Location is great is quiet and can access the beachfront. We had breakfast only in there but quite nice and affordable.

In general, no maintenance cleanliness in Siargao especially the streets and roads, its pity as too many foreigners. But I was happy with our accommodations.

Clean, modern, friendly, great location for surfing with direct beach access meaning you could avoid paying the beach entrance fee every time you want to surf. Plenty of food options nearby despite being out of the main town. Aircon was mostly fine. Showers were great. Bed was comfy.

The stairway light remained on throughout the night and penetrated right through the sheer curtains. We stayed for 1 week and weren't offered fresh bath towels - though I'm sure they would be provided upon request.

Everything seemed there. Affordable food, good internet and accessible to Cloud9. It was a pleasant stay without trying too hard. Very family oriented design and service I would say.

I loved every bit of our experience in Payag from the moment we checked in, the people and facilities. Upon arriving, just head to the main dining area and approach the staff to help with check-in. Payag is situated next to the beach (cloud 9) and easily accessible to other cafes and eateries around the area. They have also provided towels and toiletries for you to use during your stay. There is also a heater and wifi ready for you to use. I would suggest you rent the motorcycle as it is the primary mode of transport for us (besides the tricycle) as we ventured around the island on our own time and for ease of travel as well. If unsure, you can easily ask the locals for help and they would all be more than happy to help and assist you!

It would be great if we were informed that Payag does not respond much to messages under Booking.com's platform. I had to contact them on Whatsapp and was directed to communicate via Messenger for a seamless conversation.

Upon arriving at the resort, we had no idea that it was already situated along cloud 9. It was an easy access to the beach and a heaven for those who intentionally went to Siargao to surf. Also, there is a grocery store nearby. Although you might need to take a ride if you want to go to the establishments or GL. As for the resort itself - it's comfy, homey, cozy and spacious. I would also like to commend how friendly the staffs are. They became our friends during our stay. We spent quite a few nights just hanging out in the common area and talking about life. That's what truly what makes Siargao special. It's all about the people.. and the island is just a bonus ;)

I wish they served food or breakfast at least. I travelled with my family and none of us knew how to drive a motorbike, so we had to take a tricycle every time we need to eat. The fare is a bit pricey considering that is it per person. However, I heard that they will soon offer food services to their clients. Nonetheless, Siargao is indeed pricey compared to other islands in the Philippines especially with food and transportation.

Close to the beach and neighbors had other things to offer very nice location and easy to get around

This spot in Siargao was a perfect little place if you are travelling with the intent to spend most of the day out of your room. Comfy bed. Nice enough bathroom. Friendly staff. Great restaurant out front.

A bit run down but that is expected for the price.

The location has access to the Cloud 9 beach. It is along the Tourist road and is near popular bars and restaurants.

The toilet does not have a door lock.

The friendly staff, location, cleanliness and size of the room.

The salt water coming out from the shower. It can still improve with adding kettle, table and cup in the room.

I like the room, it's spacious. We are a group of four and there's plenty of room. The hot shower works. It has access to the beach.The rooms are clean.

It needs to improve it's exhaust fan. The place felt a little damp.
