Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, location and swimming. Nice stylized shopping mall across the street. Parks and outdoor recreation close by. Fast taxi service. The gym is satisfactory. Spa was a good experience.

Lack of towel warming / heater to dry swimming clothes. But, reception accommodated and dried the clothes elsewhere for free. Great service.

Прасторны пакой з раскошным краявідам на горад. Добрая лакацыя - адразу каля гандлёвага цэнтра Stary Browar, і блізка да старога горада. Прыемна што ёсць лядоўня і ўсялякія цапстрыкі на крытычная выпадкі. На жаль, саўнай мы не скарысталіся, але пры наступным выпадку абавязкова туды завітаем.

Адзіны і самы вялікі мінус гэта тое, што раніцай выехаць вельмі цяжка, таму што ліфты рэдка едуць (асабліва на вышэйшыя паверхі), а нават калі і даязджаюць, то цалкам забітыя іншымі пастаяльцамі. Пры гэтым нейкага паказальніка да сходаў нідзе няма, а хадзіць-валэндацца па атэлю ў іх пошукаў, асабліва з валізамі - не вельмі прыемны занятак.

Excellent location. Within walking distance of the old town. Across the road from Starvy Browar with excellent shopping and eateries Friendly helpful staff. Very nice pool area open long hours. Very good breakfast

Bathroom design.The bathroom itself is large and modern with good shower but the bathroom is attached to bedroom by a clear glass wall and door. Although there are blinds for 'privacy ' they are not big enough to cover the whole glass area so a portion of the bathroom is always visible from the bedroom. The door does not seal or lock. Bedroom lighting is poor particularly if you want to read in bed

Clean, nice linens snd pillows, the spacious room. The furniture is not fresh, pretty old, but clean and functional.

The changing room in the spa area. It’s tiny, just two small benches for a lot of people including external visitors either children’s who comes for swimming practice. You just stay next to the lockers and try to change your clothes. It’s definitely not the level for Raddison group hotel member. The breakfast is poor as for this level hotel. The vegetables weren’t tasty, especially tomatoes… Wan’t choose for next time for this price.

My GF put an end to our couple in this hotel. But all the rest was fine :)

Good sized room. Lovely shower. Great location

Check in. We arrived about 10am. Asked could we get an early check in. We were told to come back at 2pm. When we went back at 2pm we were told they had already given rooms away. We said we would wait in the lobby across from reception for the next room. Reception staff changed and the staff going off didn't inform the incoming staff. They didn't call us when a room came available but gave rooms to people who came in after us. Very unfair.

Really close to everything. The staff were very friendly and super helpful while offering a sincere smile. Our rooms on the 8th floor had a nice view as well. Pool, sauna and gym where clean and open from 6 am to 10 pm. The breakfast had more than enough options for everyone in our group and coffee to go was a big plus for me. My first experience at a hotel is always how the staff welcome you, it usually sets a mood for the rest of my stay and I had the best stay, so thank you to all the staff 😊

Very nice and modern. Would be perfect for couples. Swimming pool was super nice. Breakfast was very good.

Bathroom and toilet was in a glass box in the corner of the room. Bit strange as we stayes there in a family room. The curtains in that glass bathroom/toilet box were bit dirty and not very practical. Their own car park is like 30 spaces or so and it was full when we arrived, had to park next to the hotel in shopping centre car park, so be ready for it when u dont arrive super early.

Location is fantastic - just a few minutes from the old city. Our room was bright and comfortable, with large bathroom and and two wardrobes. Breakfast was excellent. Check in and check out process was fast, staff was friendly.

Darkness. Entrance in the hotel is dark, room definitely requires more light. Water temperature in indoor swimming pool is not enough for pleasant swimming.

Very good and friendly hotel. Great beds. I liked the sitting area at the window very much - great view. Wellness area was also very nice. Good breakfast. Parking possible against fee. Free water. Air condition works very well. The lightning would not be sufficient for me in winter time or for longer stays, as I prefer to have lots of light. Would still certainly book this hotel again.
