I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was another highlight of my stay. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety of choices. Whether it was breakfast, or dinner, the quality were consistently excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Great sports club with tennis and padel courts. Hotel put on some relaxed level classes. Pools were quiet during the day. Good range of food in buffets. Coast walk to Cala Rataja in 40 minutes.

Our economy level rooms needed some maintenance and decoration. First put on 6th floor which needed two lifts and two flights of stairs (one going down from 7th floor). No good for those with mobility difficulties. Long winded check in.

Everything was great, comfortable and clean room, amazing staff, meals were great with many options for all tastes, the restaurant staff were very polite and friendly. It’s not very close from town, stores & many restaurants but if you have a car there is no problem.

Double bedroom was two single bed together. Not a big issue but would prefer if it was a double bed.

Hotel is located in a very quiet place, under a forest landscape. Breakfast was perfect, providing a variety of choices and the dinner as well. In addition, the swimming pool in the sports club was the suitable location for relaxation.

The room facilities were totally basic. It could be provided hair shampoo and body soap, separately. In addition, it could be given personal care products

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious enough. The surroundings were peaceful, with no noise at night, which made for a good night's sleep. The food was varied and very tasty – both breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend this hotel!

The A/C didn’t work properly in one of the rooms, and the other lacked a shower screen or door. We had requested a double bed when booking, but received a room with two single beds pushed together instead.

where to start don't really know but let's start from spotless clean rooms, with great view, staff very friendly and helpful, food very delicious, lots of food to chose from, and everyday you can try something new in the menu, it's was short break but very pleasant stay at beautiful Hotel Na Tocanera

There was a wide range of breakfast foods that were lovely to choose from the pancakes being my favourite. The location was lovely 5 mins from a beach and 20mins by bus (caught right outside the hotel) to the nearest city and back - plus it was quite quiet at the time I visited so there wasn’t the usual business or rush of other people to disturb the tranquility of the hotel itself and surrounding vicinity.

I think the times that breakfast is available should be lengthened as I had to wake up so early to catch breakfast before 10. I do believe there should have been more options for vegans as my friend wasn’t able to eat much due to this limitation.

This hotel has the most polite, kind, nice and helpful staff you can ever expect. Let alone the hotel itself, that with this "cheap" price offers you a beautiful infrastructure, nice and confortable rooms, rich and tasty breakfast and dinner, everything you need, but the staff is just wonderful! After 2 days we knew all their names and they did more that I could ever imagine even when my wife got fever because of sunburn. They were just wonderful. Ana, the wonderful girl at the restaurant, Toño, a great and nice waiter there, Oliver, the manager, are just three of all the nice people we met there among the staff that helped us enjoy such a nice holiday. All the rest of the staff has been nice and great too. I honestly can't comprehend bad reviews to this hotel, but I have my theory. Often, people expect something that they can't receive (somebody in some review talked about expecting "free tennis", for example). When they don't get it, they get mad and start noticing every little detail which isn't perfect or maybe even start saying that the staff is impolite, because it didn't give them what they wanted. Really, this hotel staff does everything they can to make us have a pleasant stay. They surely managed with us. I want to thank all of them and i'll surely come back here in this hotel in the future!

We stood at the hotel for 3 nights. It was very nice and clean, the staff was super friendly. The pool was nice and they have vast possibilities to be active. It's close to a beach and the next bigger city Capdepera is only a few minutes away by car. Though the room was a bit outdated. The matresses moved very easily and the AC didn't really cool down the room. Breakfast was good, they have a huge variety of everything, although it was a bit hectic
