There’s nothing better than arriving at a spotlessly clean room and finding a handwritten note from the front desk. And there’s nothing quite as bittersweet as leaving on your birthday with a gift of homemade marmalade, wishing you could stay just a few more days.

Breakfast was included in the price of our room, and while perfectly adequate, with delicious homemade bread, it was the same each day. A little variety would have been appreciated — perhaps a house marmalade cake one morning, or a few slices of bacon to mix things up.

Everything was great, amazing breakfast both sweet and savory, the room was spacious and very clean, with ac, the staff was super nice and friendly, we couldn't ask for more, really. The garden was so beautiful, it was a pleasure to have breakfast there and the position overall was very convenient and close to some amazing beaches. We didn't pay for parking because we could always find a spot around the hotel. I would definitely stay there again!

Lovely, old hotel close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff are so kind, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. The area is super safe and quiet at night. We didn’t include breakfast in our booking but still ate there each morning (12€/day for my meal & double espresso). I found our stay to be great value for money considering some of the other prices on the island. Street parking is also super easy to find if you have a car. Reception staff are happy to help if you need to borrow anything like a beach umbrella, cutlery or a wine opener.

I wish there was a kettle and tea bags in our room. Otherwise nothing.

Nicely restored property with lovely courtyard. Good breakfast and very nice staff. The location is excellent near enough to shops, sea front and restaurants, far enough not to be disturbed by street traffic. We also found free roadside parking very close to the Hotel. Good sized room and Bathroom.

Very hard Mattress and pillows. A very rowdy couple somewhere in the hotel who clearly didn't care about other guests late at night.

The entire staff was very hospitable. It felt like home. Dama gave us a little tour of the house which was built 250 years ago and was the 2nd house built in Cala Rajada. Marc took care of our bookings and helped us with extending our stay by a day as our flights were cancelled. I had the best experience especially with the staff it felt like home everytime I return back to my room after a long day and tiring day.

Everything was beautiful as a Spanish traditional style. The property, the gardens, the interior, the workers, Reception, cleaning.everything was very nice

-A little pricey breakfasts if compared with another place but it was a homemade with very nice service and beautiful garden it’s acceptable. - A little bit poor WIFI that keeps disconnected every 5 -10 minutes in our room it’s a little problem to searching for information in google or booking some public transport or a day tour. But it not a big deal you can asked for help from the reception desk to booking a taxi or advice about an island tour.

The house is a real gem and a little oasis in Cala Ratjada. The backyard where you can have a delicious fresh breakfast feels out of a movie and the staff was just the absolute sweetest and very accommodating with any needs. Also you’re by the sea promenade within not even 2 minutes walking.

The only thing we didn’t appreciate as much were the beds. It was two single bed with big wooden frames that fit the whole ancient vibe of the hotel, but the mattresses were not very comfortable and as a couple it wasn’t really romantic sleeping in it either.

Staff were very kind and room was clean. i felt private and quiet. we had a garden view and the garden was very cute. hotel was close to the beach and the stores. it was very convenient. I really enjoyed their breakfast. food and staff were great and of course the garden view as well.

there were few things that i want to share. their WI-FI signal was very bad on our room so wasn't able to connected to Wi-Fi. I had to go down to the lobby to get the full connection. second, there was no elevator so had to walk up with my luggage to 3rd floor. it would have been nice if there were any notifications about this when I book it. lastly, there was a bee flying around us the whole time when we had the breakfast so it was bit uncomfortable to enjoy the breakfast.

Lovely hystorical, but fully refurbished building with a secret garden where to enjoy breakfast in the morning. Super friendly and helpful staff, worth mentioning personnel that served us breakfast. At reception, they accomodated all our requests and answered all our questions. Super nice feeling about the staff. The hotel is located very close to Cala Ratjada movida, yet it is in the comfort of a very quiet street. It can be easily reached by bus, but it has a private parking if you have a car. Cala Mesquida can be reached by bus in 10 mins (buy your ticket on board with credit card), Cala Agulla in 20 by foot. Large bedroom with a/c, spacious bed, lots of space where to store luggage. Toilet is separated from washbasin and shower, in French type bathroom (but with bidet). Free toileteries, flat TV (never used), very good value for price.

Only one thing could be improved: wi-fi reception in our room which was not perfect. We'd love to go back :)

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a sweet message from the hotel director welcoming us, breakfast was fantastic with tasty and fresh juices and jams in the inner courtyard which was sunny and full of greenery.
