Comfortable beds, lovely view from the 6th floor, good variety for breakfast including well done bacon.

Toilet is fitted literally under the sink so makes usage very difficult. We tried to call reception from the room to find that there was no socket and the cable was pushed into the gap in the wall. We searched room and there was no socket anywhere.

Nice breakfast, really helpful & friendly staff. Bianca let us come back to the hotel and have a shower and freshen up as we had an evening flight.

I really liked the breakfast and dinner, there was a big variety of options for vegans and vegetarians. The location is amazing because it takes only a two minute walk to reach the haven and the restaurants and clubs so you never have to worry about how you're getting back to the hotel at night. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I liked the rooms as well, they had everything I needed.

The fact that there are two different buildings. At the smaller one, the lift is in between the floors, so you always have to go up or down the stairs after you use the lift, even carrying your suitcases on arrival and departure. This building is not designed for elderly or disabled people. They close the main door of the small building at night, so you must go to the main one and cross the street through the tunnel which includes even more stairs.

- One tiny elevator for all guests! this can be quite stressing if you are travelling with kids as the elevator is always busy during breakfast and dinner and taking the stairs is not always an option. - One night we needed and extra pillow for our daughter and nobody from the staff had keys to the room where they are stored, we were told to wait till next day when the cleaners were back duh!

The walls are so thin, you hear everything in the neighbouring room, everything. The air conditioning is weak.
