Very good selection of hot and cold options for breakfast including fruit juices and hot drinks. Evening buffet just as good with a selection of meat,fish,pasta accompanied with vegetables, rice, potatoes and much more. Deserts included cakes, ice cream and fruit. Lovely, friendly staff in restaurant , reception area and cleaners too. Used the shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport. Easy to follow instructions. Pool and bar area lovely, always managed to get sun bed but not all in a shaded area. 5 minute walk to port where there are a large selection of bards and restaurants.

That a large group of lads had beers lined up on the pool side and just stood in the pool drinking. This was not liked by myself and other guests.

We visited this hotel at the end of September this year, and we can give it our full recommendation! First of all, the value for money is excellent. The hotel is very clean, with housekeeping taking care of the rooms daily. The variety of food offered for both dinner and breakfast is impressive. The prices at the poolside bar are more than reasonable. The hotel also offers convenient services, such as vehicle rental that can be arranged at the reception for the following days. Additionally, we booked a transfer to the airport for just €17 per person, which is a great option if you don’t want to take public buses (since transfers involve changing buses). The reception staff and employees in general were extremely friendly. As for the location, about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, you’ll find Cala Gat, which, in our opinion, is the most beautiful beach in the area. Moreover, in just 15 minutes by public bus, you can visit Cala Mesquida, another stunning beach. We highly recommend both the hotel and the destination—great location and a solid 10/10 for everything!

OUR SECOND VISIT! All the staff were so friendly , helpful and professional . From reception - Esperanza , Llana , Judith and Paco -the manager- were on site and always making us feel at home with their smiles and help . Esperanza was able to help us with our room choices as requested , the view from the balcony was exceptional and hardly any noise ! The beds were comfortable ! The hotel was so clean all the time! Also, the staff at the restaurant were super friendly and clearing our tables immediately ; they gave us interesting info about what to do in the area during la Fiesta del Carme ! -particularly Toni and Cristina - so kind hardworking and sweet - rushed off their feet !We are going to miss talking to them every breakfast and dinner! We loved the food as the chef Jaime and assistant chef provided a variety of dishes every night! He gave me advice on food combinations , too :)!The food was delicious ,fresh and felt home - made !The girl at the pool / bar area was so efficient too . The cleaner - Yami made sure our room was cleaned properly and was so helpful and hard working . The night guard was friendly too. The location was excellent , close to local beaches and town centre! All in all , a magnificent longer stay this time .Look forward to coming back ! THANK YOU Chevy !

We disliked smell of cigarette coming from other balconies during some mornings and nights !

First we didn't plan to go to Cala Ratjada - since our main plan was to go to Peguerra. But then, we decided that we should spend two days over there - and we found the hotel Chevy. The location is perfect - in a very calm neighborhood and just a few minutes walk from two beaches - cala Gat is 5-8 mins by a walk while Cala Son Mol is like 15 minutes but you have a pleasant walk by the seaside. Although the apartment doesn't have parking i managed to find a spot in front of the hotel every time i got back. Btw near the hotel there are two public parkings maybe 100 m from it - both of them. The staff was great and very pleasant. The rooms are very clean and they are cleaned on a daily level. The pool is great and the atmosphere is very calm - there you can order a beer or cocktails that are prepared like in any regular cafe (they are not something like pre-pared before like it's the case in some all inclusive hotels). The beds are very soft and comfortable.

Worst coffee of my life. Even staff knew it was disgusting. Doesn't have to be Starbucks but shouldn't be sawdust flavour either

Location was great - quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the town but walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Staff - very friendly & helpful. Rooms - spacious, great aircon, clean & comfortable. Pool - awesome layout, plenty of loungers (shaded or not depending on your liking) & the welcome drink by the pool on arrival was a lovely touch.

The location, hotel, pool and staff were amazing! They were welcoming since the beginning. What completely exceeded our expectations was the food, we had breakfast and dinner included and we couldn't be more satisfied. At the food was incredible, lot of varieties and we had soft drinks and alcohol included. The breakfast was amazing as well, lots of variety and fresh food, it was amazing to go and have warm pastries and bread. Next time we go to Mallorca we are definitely staying there again!

The only thing we didn't like is that you could hear noises from the rooms next to us and anytime someone would flush the toilet from above us or next to us we could hear it.

The rooms are small and the sink was very tiny. No storage , no hooks for towels Refrigerator I asked for , I got , but not very cold.

The staff friendliness both in hotel and restaurant , the food - the chef ‘s pride in the dishes made and the service of the dinner ladies . Very clean and inviting hotel . The guy at the pool was friendly and prepared lovely cocktails . Lana at reception went the extra mile to provide us with a kettle for the room when required . All other reception staff very helpful and friendly too ! The location was really good , close to beach / centre .

The bathroom in the double room too small and the noisy guest next door at a late time at night as walls probably too thin - could hear the shower/ water running and toilet noise for a long time at midnight .
