The apartment is in a great location right along a main street of Cala Ratjada. You can people-watch the coming/going of tourists along with strip. It is literally right next to dozens of restaurants and shops with a great Eroski supermarket right across street. While Cala Ratjada is very touristy it is not over the top and everything winds down by 11pm. It is more just restaurants with calm enjoyable atmosphere to the place. While the aparment building would be considered more "budget option" than the more exclusive resorts... we actually enjoyed it more than some of the "fancier" places we stayed at in Malloraca. It has a great pool and never any problem getting a sun lounger. Generally the place has a really relaxed vibe, with people staying at the pool for a couple of hours but because there is so much within walking distance people are generally out most of the time. We didn't use our car once during our 4 night stay here. There are so many amazing coves and beaches to walk to. The sea water in this part of the island was the best we experienced. Crystal Clear water with 100s of fish. Absolutely next level type sea water.

We stayed in a two bed apartment on third floor, it was spacious and very clean, bathrooms felt newly done and shower was fab, plenty of hot water and good pressure. The pool was lovely , big and always plenty of sunbeds free without having to get up and reserve. Supermarket 100m away, beach 10 min walk and lots of restaurants close by.

Slight smell in kitchen after being out for a while but I think it was the drains , once aired out it was fine.

Everything was fantastic, Staff Apartment location..Not one complaint. Pool fantastic so clean. Busy place but always plenty of sunbeds. Esmerelda the lady in charge had a stock pile of beach umbrellas , beach towels sun creams free to use if needed. Check in was fantastic so quick so was check out..I was accommodated with late check in and check out.. Towels changed everyday which was great with kids in pool everyday..Air con was the best yet..Big local supermarket next door A1..all the shops and restaurants surrounding you.. Few minutes walk to the beach and to marina..its very central..Most definitely will be returning 😀

That we didn't stay longer

David was super friendly and helpful all the time whenever I had questions. We got a free upgrade which improved our experience even more. Kitchen was suitable to prepare everything we wanted. Beds were comfortable, shower and wc clean, air conditioning ensured a pleasant rest. The place in the city is right what we like - 10 mins walk to the beach without being in hurry, same amount to reach the harbour.

We heard our neighbours behind the wall. Since we had two bedrooms - we moved to the quiet one for upcoming nights.

Lovely sized apartment, most definitely large enough for a family, very well equipped, perfectly positioned, clean and peaceful. Close to restaurants and bars, loads of street parking, and just a short walk to the port, where it’s overflowing with people and nightlife. The staff who helped us, Esperanza and David, were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. Always a available, happy and accommodating 👍🏽🫶🏼

The only thing I would have changed is the fridge should have had a freezer. Same sized appliance but with a small freezer compartment.

Great location, comfortable bathroom with good water pressure, every 2-3 days was cleaning with changing towels and bedding. We got a free update for our room, it was much more comfortable than we booked.

It might be a bit cleaner in the room, some dust was on surfaces, there were also not very clean kitchen with dishes. And a kitchen towel was more like for face, not correct type.

Apartments are in the city centre so everything is close by, swimming pool is nice, table tennis as well. Room was really nice and clean, in the bathroom was some weird smell but other than that it was fine, small kitchen that was fully equiped was a very pleasant suprise. You have supermarket 2 minutes walk and a lot of great restaurants.

Little bit of a problem to park a car, especially in the evening

A great budget apartment. Clean and spacious. Fabulous location for the town and beach, less than 10 minutes walk to the sea. The on site pool was superb.

As we were self catering it would have been nice to have better / more cooking utensils etc and tea towels!.... And a washing line for wet costumes and towels would have been great.

The apartment is in a good location close to many restaurants and bars and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. The host / contact was very responsive and helpful.

WiFi was very weak most of the time. A bedside lamp would be a nice addition.

The place was clean and well organised. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony, the nice bathroom and the pool is what makes this apartment stand out form others at similar price. Also very good position in cala ratjada, close to cala agulla.

The towels were a little bit small.
