The hotel is located close to the beach, on a street with many shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is clean, with very friendly and pleasant staff who are always ready to help (Diego and Manuel are the soul of this place). We also liked the breakfasts.

Some guests were very noisy at night, but I can't call it a disadvantage of the hotel itself.

Excellent value, the staff are friendly, excellent location, within walking distance to the beach. Calla Ratjada is a little paradise, we had a fantastic week here, lots of wonderful restaurants, this is coming from people who are current living in SoCal California.

Wifi was a bit slow sometime.

I liked that it was so close to the beach, restaurants and fun activities. Staff was very friendly and our room was cleaned every day!

My friend got sick because of the air conditioning, which we didn't have on at night. Probably due to bacteria in the air conditioner. Also, the breakfast was a little small but otherwise okay

We liked the staff they were really thoughtful and helped us a lot. We liked the double bed and the terrace and that the room was spacious enough for all. We liked a lot Cala Ratjada, very nice area. It was easy to park on the street and free. A lot of supermarkets in the area, restaurants, you can easily find whatever you need at not so expensive prices.

We didn’t quite like the breakfast, the food was fine but very simple and not many variety/choices.

Nice hotel at the centre of the town and very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary items and a nice balcony. The breakfast was also nice and with great selection. The staff was friendly.

No complaints, for a three star hotel it was great, only remark is that a smell was coming from the bathroom, but it is understandable due to the heat.

Great location to access the most beautiful beach in the area, Cala Aguila. Not far from the promedate of Cala Ratjada center, where you can find all sort of restaurants and bars.

The walls are not sound proof.

Breakfast was buffet and lovely. The staff in the hotel make the hotel, they were absolutely amazing and nothing was a bother. It felt like home from home.

The location is terrible.There was a very cheep party on Monday till midnight just opposite the street with drunk germans😔

location is really TOP ! you have 2 beaches near by. Service was cleaning room every day. Breakfast was also nice, not so many option but still enough. Comfty bed. If you need iron you can also get it at reception
