It was our second time at the resort, and we really liked it. Our daughter loves the minidisco and the pool. The rooms a re clean, the staff are very friendly. The quality over the last few years stayed the same, and we were happy with our choice.

The food is the main criticism. There is a lot you can choose from, but everything is heavily processed and fat. I would like to have some more healthy food, less processed, less fat, less sugar. A bit more quality over quantity. Normally everyone finds something in the evening, but vegetables are overcooked and mostly baked with cheese. I would prefer just steamed natural food and rice or something.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were large, cozy, and well-appointed, with the added bonus of a terrace to relax on. The entire area was spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel offers excellent amenities — a lovely pool, a well-stocked bar, and a relaxing spa. The food was absolutely delicious, with a varied menu that impressed us every day. Over the course of our week-long stay, we never saw the same dish twice! The breakfast selection was especially impressive, with full English, continental, and local options available each morning. The hotel is located in a small, quiet town about 70 km from Palma, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away at a leisurely pace — perfect for a morning or evening stroll. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would be absolutely delighted to come back again!

This is my third stay here, and I'm already looking forward to returning! The staff and their efforts to ensure you have a relaxing and fantastic holiday are second to none! Cveti is amazing with the children. She runs the children's club from 10 am until 1 pm daily from Tuesday through Saturday doing sports, arts and crafts, and all kinds of adventures, a mini kids disco after dinner (except Sundays). There is a variety of fantastic entertainment every evening except on a Sunday, live music, magic and more.... Mariano has a wonderful team in the restaurant, who all work tirelessly to keep everything clean and tidy and make your dining experience a pleasure. The back of house team produces a fantastic array of amazing dishes from all around the world, having theme nights daily. Antonio makes wonderful cocktails with daily special offers, also offering a snack menu from 12.30 until 3.30 daily. His team will wait on you from your sun lounger, so you only have to think about what you would like to eat or drink.. Spoiled doesn't come close to describing how you feel staying at this lovely hotel. The rooms are always cleaned and tidied with the utmost respect for the housekeeping staff (superbly comfortable beds). You are surrounded by a variety of different bays and beaches providing some of the most incredible sunsets. A short walk from all the shops, yet far enough away from any nightlife noise. This is a superb family hotel.

The air conditioning should not be limited to 21°c at this time of year, and the shower trays are just too slippery. I would definitely recommend visiting here at the beginning (May/June) and the end of the season (September/October) rather than in the busiest period of July and August.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Food and drink prices on site were very reasonable. Great family atmosphere without feeling as though kids were running wild. Pools were excellent and rooms were very clean. My 5 year old son had a fantastic time. Shops and restaurants nearby and a 15min walk to the port for the evening dining options.

Breakfast had a good spread but certain elements could be improved slightly such as the pastries. Our shower floor was slightly sunken and was in need of refitting.

This hotel is great! Our wishes were taken into account and were warmcomed by the helpful receptionists. The hotel has many facilities, but we hardly used them because we were out and about every day. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped, and the beds were perfect. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly. We had booked half board and that turned out to be an excellent choice. The meals were very extensive, varied dayly and of excellent quality. There was even live cooking in the morning and the evening, provided by the heartwarming Francis, of whom we will always have fond memories!

The staff was really the highlight of this trip, everyone is very nice and helpful. Shout out to Miguel and Marina who have been lovely with our children despite them always bothering them while they were working. Dinners were delicious, the room was nice and clean, there was everything we needed.

Breakfasts were a bit disappointing, with the exception of the freshly made omelets and pancakes. The rest (pastries, buffet) felt a bit stale, which was surprising.

1 from the best hoteles in Mallorca, I have got satisfied in everything, hotel was awesome, pool, jacuzzi, restaurants, sauna, location, service, clean, food quality.... etc. Really I am so happy because I have stayed there , I give them 5 stars not only 4 as service and quality of everything that they have. Also I want to mention very kind thing that they have did for us that our check-out was very early like at 7 am and because of that they have made breakfast special for us and the whole restaurant has opened only for us , also the service was without charge and it was like gift before of leaving. Really thanks you so much. I recommend this hotel and next visit to Mallorca I will stay there again.

Our stay was only for six days and it was not enough, also the words cannot explained everything that we have like.

We absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment that we arrived, the staff were excellent. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary & there was a bottle of cava with card left in the room. The hotel was extremely clean & everything was to a very high standard. Our room had a beautiful sea view. The sun loungers are all cushioned. Never an issue to get a lounger by the pool. The food was to a very high standard and was really well varied each day so you never got bored with dinner. It was the best half board food that we have ever had. The restaurant staff and bar staff were excellent. Our kids loved the playground and kids club as well as the evening entertainment. Couldn’t fault this hotel or its staff. We have already rebooked for next year.

It's a very nice quite clean hotel. Ideal for families with small children. very delicious food with good selection. Stuff is very nice and helpfull enough place for everyone so in the morning there was no "chase for loungers"

But super boring - very "cheap and cheerful" evening entertainment. Some singers were so bad that we thought it is Karaoke.. You may say no animation during the day. Only kids disco for kids. Pretty remote, uphill

Staff at the restaurant was not so friendly, drinks for the dinner are not included which is totally fine but not having tab water for the dinner is strange for me. Tab water should be available!!!
