The staff is really good and professional, especially Miguel. The location is absolutely fantastic. Breakfast is really good. Our flight back home was really late and Elena was really helpful and provided us with a room to stay and shower,with no time to leave. I really appreciated it as we were with small children. We could enjoy Mallorca and the hotel until the very last minute.

It would be great to have a clothesline or similar on the balcony to hang the clothes when coming from the beach/ swimming pool. The rest was all amazing.

I really liked the location of the hotel - close to both the beach and the city center. The staff is very customer-oriented: they allowed me to have breakfast before checking in, and always quickly resolved current issues. Good breakfast, clean rooms.

Paid Wi-Fi, there was no refrigerator in our room

Air conditioning was working great, it is essential when the temperature reaches almost 40 degrees. Location is very good. Swimming pool area is great.

There was no lift in the building. Kitchen less then basic, missing essential things such as kettle, coffee machine, plastic container for food. The tv only work in local language, which can be very boring.

Great location, great staff, great facilities. All round it was great. Value for money.

Nothing stood out. Just a suggestion to have soap in the bathrooms and something like a scrubbing brush to clean pots and pans with.

Good location, close enough to the centre without the noise, pool and the surrounding area is well kept and clean, food is fantastic

Lack of Air con in the rooms, however I was aware of this when I booked and this will be installed in all rooms during the coming winter

No fans in room, could have done with one and everything was in Germán...should have been in spanish and english even out of respecto to other nationalities.

There's lots of avaiable parking nearby. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were cleaned every other day.

Room balconies are close to each other, there isn't much privacy.
