Overall Apartment was spacious (though the bathroom was on small side and dark) Air conditioning was good. Overall the place was clean. Pool was big and clean. Location is good, just a five min walk to the sea front. 15/20 min walk to Cala Agulla beach. Had to ask for a change of bed sheet and duvet on 1st night as was not clean and for under the bed to be cleaned (empty plastic wrapping) Pool was very cold and only a small area is shallow. Breakfast selection could have been better and of a better quality. Not all staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Def a German and Spanish language dominance

Hotel located in a quite area of Cala Ratjada close to a supermarket and restaurants. 10 minutes walking from a nice beach. There is an adult only pool that is very quite and offers a relaxing vibe. The hotel gym is well equipped with enough machines to have a full body workout. The room was quite standandard and not so big but clean and with a big shower Breakfast buffet included different types of food to satisfy all tastes A very nice addition offered by the hotel is the possibility to relax in the pools the last day after the checkout!

The adult pool was often busy and most of sundbeds occupied since the morning (middle of august). Is sufficient to add few sunbeds. Very good breakfast but I would add fresh orange juice and greek yogurt

A high standard hotel that made our first trip to Mallorca unforgettable! The rooms were comfortable and clean, had everything we needed, we especially appreciated the refrigerator where we could store food and drinks. The room was cleaned daily and very well. The territory of the hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, several swimming pools, recreation areas, even private tennis courts (for a fee). Special mention goes to breakfast because it was amazing! A huge selection of dishes for every taste and diet, fresh fruit (sweet watermelon every day), a huge selection of sausages and cheeses, freshly cooked egg dishes, pancakes, and most importantly, delicious fresh baked pastries! Baguettes, breads, croissants - everything was incredibly fresh and tasty, we enjoyed it every day, so a special thanks to all the kitchen staff! The location of the hotel is also great, there is a large supermarket within a 2 minute walk where you can buy food and drinks, also a bunch of local souvenir stores and restaurants. The walk to the most beautiful beach in the area (Cala Agulla) took about 10-15 minutes. There is also a lovely ranch near the hotel where we took a horseback ride. Definitely one of the best hotels I've been to!

Sometimes the Wi-Fi didn't work well in the evenings, otherwise it was great! I would also add more photos of the room itself here on Booking (there's only a photo of the bathroom).

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Mallorca island and were very satisfied with our choice. The service was excellent – our room was cleaned daily, towels were regularly changed, and everything was kept spotless. The food was a real highlight. We had half-board and thoroughly enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The variety at dinner was especially impressive – each evening offered a wide selection of delicious dishes to suit every taste, including fresh seafood and an array of desserts. There were also great entertainment options for both children and adults, so everyone could find something to enjoy. Whether you prefer relaxing by the pool or taking a walk to the nearby beaches (around 20 minutes on foot), the location was very convenient.

Our only small recommendation would be to include water with dinner – that would be a nice addition.

Great hotel located in a calm area. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us advice about parking and letting stay at the pool after the checkout. The breakfasts were also great.

There is no hotel parking available (even though they claim on booking that it is). I also wish there was at least coffee and tea in the room. There was no dishwashing liquid in the room and the staff didn’t clean the dishes so I am not sure how we were supposed to clean them. Also, the gym was very small and open in limited hours. We had a room for 3 people but only 2 chairs at the balcony.

It’s got a very nice feel to it, relaxed and welcoming. Plenty of food options at the buffet, something for everyone. Great location, walking distance to town centre and great beaches.

The daily servicing was a very quick job, something is better than nothing I suppose but it would be nice if sheets where changed at least once and floors mopped a bit more thorough. However none of the above affected our stay.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good food, pleasant pool, evening entertainment. Located in a rather quiet area, but walking distance to beach, shops, bars, restaurants. No problem with parking in nearby streets. Overall very nice experience. Receptionists were super kind and helpful.

We had a one bedroom appartement, that means two of us slept on a big bed and two of us on a convertible sofa. Bed was very comfortable, but sleeping on that sofa was rather opposite of comfortable. And my daughter adds that wifi was very slow. And I agree, it could be better. Last small remark, bathrooms next to the pool/restaurant were always out of soap. Probably because there was just one small dispenser. I would suggest to add at least two more.

Hotel is situated cca 15 minutes walk from Cala Agula beach, 10 minutes to city centre, supermarket is right next to the hotel. Hotel is modern, clean and staff is realy friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. There are variety of choices for dinner including pizza, pasta and salad bar, seafood, grilled meat, desserts and fresh fruit, and also many options for vegetarians. Excellent breakfast. Each room has a balcony, it is quite small but includes everything you need, including little fridge. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back again.

Evening programmes made by external singers and performers were great, but otherwise animation team was quite weak...

The choice and quality at breakfast and dinner was excellent, great to see it freshly prepared by chefs. Waiting staff so friendly and happy, work very efficiently as a great team. Enjoyed the adults only garden and pool.

Fabulous that the tennis courts are just across the road, but please ensure adequately maintained . Enjoyed the giant chess board - but unfortunately it has been laid 90 degrees out. The black square should be at left hand side -which means currently the black pieces need to be set at far side of board which is difficult to access due to trees.

The hotel is in very good condition with comfy beds, equipped kitchen in the Junior Suites etc. The pool area is very spacious and provides lots of sun. The restaurant served nice food, even though it was kind of repetitive with plenty of fast food. However, the selection was very good and we could always find something to enjoy.

The Tv's in the rooms are very small, I think 30'' and are not smart unfortunately. There is no chance to watch Netflix etc. The beds are two separate ones, not a big deal but we would have preferred a combined bet. The hotel can be quite loud, either due to location towards one of the streets or other guests/families as the doors are not sound proof. The indoor pool and sauna are less inviting. It can be busy with kids, but also the sauna doesn't always work properly, the whirlpool is too cold and the overall atmosphere is dark.
