Nice that we had facility to prepare food drinks etc. Pool area was very pleasant. Hotel staff were very helpful when needed but did not impose at all. Spa was lovely. Bathroom was lovely with toiletries etc. Walk to the beach and along the coast very pleasant.

Our room / balcony faced the road so no afternoon sun and less privacy.Gym was ok but no towels/ water. No essentials in the apartment eg to wash up or make a coffee/ food - some sugar, salt, washing up liquid and cloth would have been handy as daily cleaners didn’t wash up for you. Sofa was very uncomfortable. No parking and it was tricky finding a space on nearby streets.

The room was clean and the pool had a variety of depths, so both children and adults had fun. The staff were all friendly and the facilities were clean. The location was good and the beach was about a 7-minute walk away, so I was able to have a good time with my children. The nearby beach was so pretty and wide, and it was great to play.

There was a kitchen, but other than that, it was very lacking in accessories. It was inconvenient because there were no pots of an appropriate size, dishwashing liquid, or sponges, and there were no seasonings or oils, so I had to buy them all, use them, and throw them away.

Perfect quiet location on the seaside. Food is extra delicious, especially dinners! I highly recommend buying half-board. Rooms are clean and well-equipped. The room facing the sea is very quiet, the view is amazing. Staff is always helpful. Perfect decision for families. P.S. They have late dinners and early breakfasts for guests who are arriving late and leaving early, and this is perfect🎈 You feel welcomed here every second of your stay! I am very selective about accommodation, but this hotel is a perfect match for me ❤️ Many thanks to the hotel's management and all the staff 🙏

I loved the location. The hotel it's just in front of the sea, even though to reach the beach you have to walk 5-10 minutes. The room was really nice, good breakfast with many choices. Pool, gym, spa. The staff was really friendly.

There were too many ants. Even after cleaning, ants we getting into the room, not only from the terrace but also under the sink in the kitchen. We had to buy talcum powder which is very effective against ants and surround the room.

The hotel is quite small, there is no huge crowds, there is no problem with finding an empty pool sunbed at 10am. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The location is really nice - great views, 10 minute walk to a really nice sandy beach, away from the busiest part of town, but not far. The food was really good with wide variety of choice and thematic nights.

The cleaning staff would always give us wrong number of towels, throw things randomly around the room, etc, but it was clean. You need to go yourself to get more shower gel, etc if it runs out. There is no hotel parking, though you can park for free in the town and usually it's not more than a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The kids club was almost non-existent, the person running it barely speaks any english and often refused to run activities as only 1 or 2 kids showed up (no wonder so few if it did not work well)

The location is great! Close to 2 calas: sand beach Agula (10-12 min walk) and stone bay Lliteras (2 min walk from the pool); good restaurents nearby, 15 minutes relaxed walk to the port; 10 minutes walk to Eroski supermaket. The hotel is really quiet, there were always emty sunbeds near pool. Lifeguard was also on duty which is good for familes with kids. My sister had a great massage at SPA (really recommend). Toni gave us very good rooms with the view to Cala Lliteras! We were pleased to be heard and got quiet rooms. Thank you, Toni! All receptionists were friendly and nice! I think I would return to this hotel next time!

1. Hoгsekeepers and cleaning. Cleaner ladies are rude, never smile. Cleaning is really poorly done. When we checked-in everything looked clean. But the cleaning was terrible while we had been living there . also, they do not wash your dishes, but in the same time there were no products to wash disches by yourself. 2. You can't buy cup of coffee during breakfest without buying breakfest at the hotel. 3. Kitchen poorly equipped.

The location is incredible, right on the seafront! We were lucky enough to have one of the rooms overlooking the sea which was breathtaking. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and the sea is one of the most beautiful ones i've ever swam in. The pool area of the hotel is lovely and wasn't too small for the number of guests. I also liked the fact it wasn't a huge hotel with hundreds of guests. The rooms were perfectly nice, not super fancy but simple and clean. Cala Ratjada also has a lovely marina/port with restaurants which was great and is only a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel.

The nearby beach is VERY busy so be prepared to get down early to get a sunbed and umbrella. The Hotel was great, only tiny thing is there were no bowls in the apartment and it would be nice if they supplied a couple of tea bags/small milks etc to avoid having to buy a big pack for a small number of nights. If you go as two friends be prepared that the double bed doesn't come apart so one of you will be sleeping on the sofa bed. The pull-out sofa bed however was very comfortable- I would recommend sleeping on this pull-out one even if the staff make up the bed on top of the sofa as on top of the sofa wasn't comfortable as it is only a thin sheet on top of a slippy plastic sofa.

Could be something new for the breakfast, it was the same set all the time Pillow for me was a little bit hard as I prefer softer one For evening time may be would prefer more soft light (may be just a local night lamp on a table) in the main room Swimming pool possible to use only from 10 Am to 7Pm and I like to swim in early mornings On dinners even water is not included and all drinks you need to pay additionaly But these were minor issues and it was a really great and pleasant stay

Clean rooms with great views, comfortable beds, great shower, lovely pool with plenty of sun beds, friendly staff

Air con not cold enough but may be adequate for others. Apartment felt around 20'C and we felt very hot at night. Maintenance did attend but did not come back. I think it might be set to minimum temp for the hotel above the 15'C on the thermostat.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough! After friends of ours had been earlier in the year we had high expectations and we weren’t disappointed! Stunning sea views, 5 minute walk to Cala Agulla, 15 minute walk to the port, perfect pool for our young family, great restaurants right outside the hotel (highly recommend El Gaucho), attentive staff and super clean, it really ticked all our boxes!
