Super friendly and helpful stuff at the reception and restaurant. Great breakfast, especially when hotel is not full they serve it from a la carte. Clean rooms. We saw 3 different rooms and all of them were spacious and functional.

No proper fridge at the room and no mini bar. Wish they could add vanity kit daily without asking. Hated that for warm water in the shower you have to wait a while.

It was cold and very high humidity in the room. Despite that outside was +20. All left clothes after few hours felt like they there damp. And the biggest minus that you cannot control room temperature by yourself, you have to go to reception. They increased a bit, but was not enough to decrease humidity. So was a bit uncomfortable temperature at the room especially being with two children.

Everything was great. Great location, staff was friendly, awesome breakfast (they serve eggs benedict for breakfast). SPA zone was something different as you need to book the visit and all spa zone is dedicated only for you.

There wasn't much that I didn't like. I loved the visit. But, will I come back? Probably not. Not my type of hotel.

Extremely friendly staff at the restaurant and reception. We booked a very late dinner and they were super kind to serve us even though we were the only guests and the food was delicious 10 points! Rooms are spacious, beds are sublime. Shower works perfect. Breakfast was small, but good and the lovely ladies at the breakfast were super attentive. Stunning design of the hall inside.

Beautifull and clean room and bathroom. A bottle of water as welcome present + sweets as for returned guests. Small but very nice moments. It was my husband’s birthday, so he have got small cake with candle into our room. Is it not cute? of course it is. It was wonderful to spend an hour in spa and it was for free. Hotel has his own parking place. Restaurant has deliciuos breakfast and all day menu, on weekends live perfomances as well. All stuff were very polite and friendly

Location is really good, walking distance to lots of cool coffee shops and restaurants. The spa was amazing and we used both spa's. They're private, so you can use them without any kids running around. The spa is clean and one room has a LARGE hot tub+steam and the other has a jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast was seriously amazing and there's parking right outside. Will come back.

There was not air cooling. Refrigersyor was not good. Price for Dogs was extra 35 per each per day was very noh price. Of vompateilla our hotel price 150 euro per Night. Totel 220 euro

missing some small things the one would expect at 5 stars: - toiletries - salmon for breakfast TV set was placed on side wall - very uncomfortable to watch
