The location of the hotel is perfect, and although it’s above the harbour once you close your doors, you don’t hear anything. Our room was super clean and perfect size. The bathroom was very spacious and the towels were nice and soft and fluffy. The staff are super friendly attentive, and helped a lot when needed. They even organise birthday balloons for me. We stayed in the junior suite with a balcony, and it is definitely worth paying the extra to get the amazing seafront view. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nothing, it was perfect

Smart, stylish comfortable and recently refurbished large waterfront room on the front of the building with a great view over the harbour from the balcony. In terms of location, it does not get better than this in Spetses. The breakfast is a very decent help yourself buffet and you can take it outside to eat on the hotel cafe seating - which is right outside on top of the harbour wall - and enjoy the superb location and view even if you do not have one of the suites on the front. Transfer from the boat involves no more than walking maybe 100m from the jetty. You might or might not like the fact that the door handle will talk to you.

The touch buttons for the lighting are a bit hard to see and use and the balcony seating needs cleaning but, in fairness, that was because there was a rainstorm that brought down a whole load of Saharan dust a few days before my stay. Check-in was a bit chaotic but we got there in the end. Maybe the rooms are a little bare could use some art on the walls or a large potted plant in the corner just to make them a little more cosy.

Clean, bright, modern and welcoming. Perfect Spetses location and a friendly, helpful staff. The outdoor cafe deck overlooking the beautiful sea is racing and comfortable. The perfect spot for a coffee or cocktail!

This is so minor that it’s hardly worth commenting…but an electric kettle in the room would be nice for guests who like an early bird start to the day.

Location was excellent, overlooking the port. Cafe/bar in front was great for drinks and snacks. A good selection of food was available for breakfast each day with very good coffee. Staff were nice and helpful but our lack of Greek language was a disadvantage.

The electronic light system baffled us for a while and was not an improvement to the old standard light switches. Maybe some info in the room would have helped for us old technophobes.

I liked the location and that the room was clean. I really liked the mattress, it was so soft. And the girl at the reception was so kind. I would recommend this hotel.

I didn't like that you couldn't lock the shutters , so the wind kept blowing them on the windows.So we were forced to have the shutters closed all the time. Also, there weren't vegan options in the breakfast buffet (except jam and fruits )

Stunning hotel in the perfect location. Rooms are modern and spacious. I had a room with a balcony facing the harbor which was a real treat. Breakfast was pleasant and served inside or outside overlooking the harbor. They made an amazing Margarita at the bar !

Nothing, but a kettle in the room would have been nice.

EXCELLENT location, just at the center of Spetses. Excellent customer support from staff, I asked for a late check out and they let us keep the room until 15.00 without any extra fee. Very nice view from the room!

The bathroom is new and very nice, however, the water was not leaving very quickly from the shower (just one suggestion for improvement).

Location was great. Right on edge of port. Close to everything to do on the island. Staff were great friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was good. Cafe attached had great views and coffee tea etc . Food also available. Luggage storage was provided and this was very handy for us. Room and bathroom were huge and balcony was good as well.

A room for luggage storage. We left it to the side of the reception desk without an issue or problem or cost but a seperate room would have felt more secure.

Great location near the harbour and in the centre of everything happening. For the price I am really shocked. This hotel is no frills but does all that is required very well. Comfy bed, clean room, great shower and breakfast included! Staff all nice and accommodating.

Amazing location with comfortable rooms and wonderful staff.very close to where the ferry docks. The cafe underneath is great for drinks and snacks. Breakfast is adequate and the lady serving/preparing is very helpful.
