The room was very clean and new with a nice view over trees. The parking was free and available. Breakfast was rich and tasty. The staff was very nice and had a quick response (the hotel has no one at the reception but we communicated with them via the booking messages - they are at the nearby sister hotel - Omnia)

The bed sank whenever we lay on it and was not comfortable at all - the pillows were not good as well. The shower was very good except for the fact that we couldn't stand fully and the faucet line was short so I had to bend a bit to take a shower.

The Residence is really beautiful and clean. We had a room with a nice balcony. I appreciated the self check-in. Breakfast was good. We only stayed one night so we did not get to enjoy the spa.

The 12 emails I got within the 24 hours of booking the room. We booked the same day as we arrived and the amount of emails was too much. Looking for information in multiple places is not convenient when you are in a hurry. We really loved the room but we were surprised there was no soundproofing and we could here the people next door talking and watching TV, even flushing the toilet.

Self-checking system does not work properly and annoying. We booked 2 rooms in 1 booking: no possibility to check in second room online, no possibility to check in on terminal in hotel. We got digital keys from room only after we spent some time online, then in hotel by tablet, then by call to reception to another hotel. That’s definitely not what you want to do after day of skiing and standing with your hungry kids :) We could pay taxes and check in only by personal visit in Omnia hotel. Good news - managers in Onnia hotel were always helpful and polite.

- staff seemed unmotivated - breakfast choice (e.g. no milk coffee varieties, such as cappuccino) - very cold pool - rooms only very little soundproofed

Helpful staff, happy to support and very present. Location just next to the slopes, great ski depot and amazing pool Jacuzzi area. Delicious breakfasts and great spa.

Restaurant on site - serving only hot food on Tue, Wed, Thu and Sat and staff is unfortunately not very attentive there.

Location close to the skiing facility - Breakfast is very good - Bed are amazing as well as balcony. Room as super clean, decoration is nice and equipment is of good brand. Very nice host. Beautiful landscape - easy access Host do their best to ease your life

Bath in the bathroom is installed under the sloped roof ==> As I'm tall, no space to put shower on the head and no place to stand straight. Was OK for 2 nights but not more.

Private parking and the charger for EVs is just opposite to the hotel. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Good price for dinner in the restaurant. Nice view from the hotel and you can have your breakfast or dinner outside on the balcony -wonderful.

Clean and tastefully equipped small hotel. A lady at the reception was really caring did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A hotel restaurant is a jewel of this hotel. Pool with whirlpool is cozy and we were there alone 90% of the time despite the hotel was apparently almost full.

Nothing I can think of. Everything was exceptional and I am usually critical and can come up with something which could be improved.

Staff super friendly. We could come with our dog which was super nice! Room was tidy and clean, bed comfortable, the pool is a lovely addition too. Restaurant in the hotel serves tasty food for a good price so everything was on point.

No fridge in the room.

Some of the requests were not delivered. The receptionist (Lenka) was very kind and helpful. The staff at the restaurant was not that helpful and it was shame, because this was very nice place and great location. Room was great and very comfortable.
