a touch of vintage decor clean and tidy staffs helpful and zealous breakfast is good and the decor of place i have breakfast is so vintages including the 　tableware. i like a quite location to station is like 10 mins walk but when it snows. it’s not gonna be ok and call a cab is like 10euro i check out 6:00 in the morning and can’t enjoy the breakfast. staff prepare a to-go-breakfast for me. it’s so thoughtful though can’t compare with those 4-5stars. staying here somehow feels like home. i guess thanks to all the staff that make you feels like home

the basin is comparatively small and the shower curtain is not long enough that all the toilet floor get wet after shower the bed is not supportive enough. though it’s comfortable the elevator closed after 11pm and opened 6am. seems a little different between weekdays and weekends. so if you are a night life person, make sure you stay on the lower floor

It took us 15 minutes to drag luggage from the railway station to the hotel. It was not easy because of thick snow on the street and flakes in the air. The hotel is very good and cozy. The building and rooms are well decorated. The elevator is old-style. The restaurant is very good. After arrival we had a very good lunch, a typical Finnish food. Breakfast is simple but nice, bread, bacon, egg, vegetable, milk, coffee. When leaving,I ask the reception to call taxi for us to the station. A van came in 5 minutes and it costed 13 euro. Overall, this hotel is very nice, if you come to Kemi, it is a good choice.

The hotel was clean and had all necessary amenities. Breakfast was included and very substantial The staff were very helpful, especially Anna at the reception, she went over and above for us, even researching a place for dinner on a Sunday night when a lot of places were closed

The wifi connection could have been better

Very stylish hotel. We felt like traveling in time, back to golden 60’s, or being in some timeless Kaurismäki movie. Absolutely a fantastic experience!

Hotel is perhaps a bit old and have seen better days but despite this we spent nice couple of nights here. Location is good and central and breakfast was good too.

Breakfast was excellent with a great selection. The dining room is so lovely with such great design features.

Lovely art deco features in main rooms, room itself had comfortable sitting chair and. Footstool. All ok and worked, bed comfortable, breakfast good in spectacular breakfast room.

Room was very clean and it was interesting to see in old hotel how it was renovated. Dinner in hotel restaurant was good and breakfast was very tasty. I ate like president Kekkonen. :) Staff was very friendly and kind.

That it wasn’t clinical, it was very cozy and unique. It was in a great location and the staff were fantastic
