Everything was AMAZING!..Excellent Wifi..Lots of hot water with fab shower..comfy beds..felt secure and safe and warm!..Complimentary Breakfast in the Minerva Restaurant was more than expected and staff very friendly..Highly recommended..Thank you!..Would def use again!..So nice to walk over into Finland too to Tornio..love it!;)..It snowed and Haparanda is beautiful in the Winter..Tons of Snow!

Nothing bad..Just need to advertise Breakfast on Booking.com a bit more clearly as being complimentary because it is amazing!..You have to make your own bed and only 2 TV Channels..but it is okay!

Simple, clean, cozy, comfortable, quiet. Contactless check-in, clear instructions. A comfortable bed. A shared kitchen with household appliances, a refrigerator, a coffee machine and even coffee! Separate shower and toilet in the room. Soap. The laundry room, but I didn't use it. Much more than you can expect from a hos tel. I highly recommend it

2 cars were placed in the declared parking lot for 4 places, so there was not even a third place. But there is quite a lot of free space on the surrounding streets

It was a sauna there! (but I did not find out before too late). Very easy to lock myself in and out. Very close to centre and beach in Haparanda, not far to walk from bus station.

That it was listed with breakfast, but I got message before my stay that it was not served during summer. Then I would expected minimum of possibilities to make coffee and tea. It was also very warm and only possibility to get some cold in the night was opening the big window - but in first floor so people or animals could get right in...

Good hostel with all facilities included. TV, private bathroom with toilet. There is a good laundry room that is included in the price. Also included towels and bedsheets. It's a complete experience. Good location.

It feels like the rooms have not been updated in the last 20 years, but well maintined. Hygiene is really okay. Wifi is okay, but they block VPN.

Good value for money. Nice stay for a sleepover on in Haparanda. Easy check inn and check out. Pretty, clean and comfortable rooms. Good location with free parking. There was a kitchen to share with large fridge and all necessary you need for preparing a breakfast or small meal.( Note mark your food with room number)

It was near everything,staff were great.

The shared kitchen, Someone kept leaving food out on the dining table and never wiped it.I know the staff can’t stand there all day.I washed everything I was going to use as a precaution. I guess we were just unlucky with this one.They were noisy ,too.

The door code locks are rather awkward to use. They often need three or more attempts to register the correct key presses and are awkwardly positioned. I was sent incorrect information prior to my stay about the availability of breakfast.

The hotel is located in the middle of the town. The reception is open only for a limited time, but the self check-in system works perfectly.

The room is simple and tiny, but as long as you remember how much you paid, there's nothing to complain about.

Not able to get breakfast (due to weekend and Christmastime) but we used the common kitchen, all to our selves. Very comfortable!!!

Very pleasant accommodation, easy access, well-equipped room, comfortable bed.

I don't understand why the guest has to make the bed. A bigger table would be useful.
